Anybody else watch this show?

I watch it all the time. I'm kind of an Alaska-phile tho. I love that place.

My friend and I were seriously discussing going to Dutch Harbor and getting on with a boat during the king season our first year out of high school. This was 15 years ago now, when it wasn't really that well publicised that you could litterally make a year's salary in a month up there.

I've heard that since the show got popular you can't even think about gettin on with a boat now.

New season starts tonight.

When I first saw it advertised, I thought, Who the hell would ever watch that crap?
Then I started watching and got hooked. I wouldn't wanna do that for any amount of money.

I really dig that show. That is some intense work right there.

Gotta give some props to those cameramen.

You autta be in hog heaven next week, I think it is Alaska week!

I will probably watch a bunch of shows then.

I used to watch it. Not any more. Basically there is cold, water, ice, crabs, and dudes talking about crabs.

I mean, it's basically the same thing every show.

I've had some one of those king crab leg. It's alright. Nothing worth 60 bucks for 4 legs though.

I watch it sometimes. I'm w/you though. Couldn't pay me enough to do that. It has made me think more about the food that ends up on my table at times. Not that I've been able to afford much seafood as of late! :angry:

Good stuff but I dont think Id want to do it. Last show 3 guys died. They panicked and didnt put on suits. :huh:
