Title: Draft Steals at QB, OT
Description: This guy called Boley BTW

Flacco
QB
Delaware
Flacco has a very strong arm. In addition, when he decides to make a throw, his release is very quick. For a big kid, he moves well in the pocket, ala Ben Roethlisberger. I believe he has the biggest upside of all quarterbacks in this draft, although he will need time to catch up to the speed of the game in the NFL. This is quarterback I would target in the draft.

Johnson
QB
San Diego
While definitely a great athlete, Johnson is also a good passer. He is much more than an athlete playing quarterback. Last year he threw 43 touchdowns and only 1 interception. And, no that is not a misprint. He also ran for 726 yards (7.2 yards per rush). In time, Johnson could be what Vick was suppose to be. Johnson will grow into one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL.

O'Connell
QB
San Diego St
O'connell is a tall, athletic kid who throws very well on the move. He will need time to develop but has too much upside to risk on a team's development squad (where he can be plucked off by another team). At 6'5", O'connell ran for 408 yards his senior year. I believe he will be a Matt Hasselbeck-type of quarterback down the line.

Cherlius
OT
Boston Col
Cherlius has a nasty streak. He looked very good during Senior Bowl week. He may drop a bit in the draft because he is a right tackle not a left tackle, but he will be a very good right tackle.

Nicks
OT
Nebraska
Nicks is very big, very strong, and very quick for a man his size. He is also a good athlete and can play either tackle or guard. He will have a good NFL career.

Cousins
OT
UTEP
Cousins is an athletic tackle with good speed. After the top left tackles come off the board, this is the kid I believe has a chance to develop into a quality starting left tackle down the line.

DEFENSE!!!!

Langford
DE
Hampton
Langford is a rare big defensive end. He has good pass rush moves and will be a solid end in a 3-4 defense. Langford played very well in the East West Shrine All Star Game showing he could step up in competition and be the only player who could put consistent pressure on quarterbacks.

Jones
DE
E Michigan
Jones played out of position at defensive tackle in his senior year. He has played well at end in the college post-season. He could be a sleeper for a team as a rotation player at end who kicks inside in the nickel ala Justin Tuck of the Giants for pass rush purposes. Jones should have a nice NFL career.

Johnston
DE
Gardner-Webb
Johnston is a deep sleeper. He has good size and showed good pass rushing skills and good pursuit in the Hula Bowl. The step-up in competition did not effect him. He is a top athlete for the position with speed, quickness and athleticism.

Gholston
DE/OLB
Ohio State
How is a top five or ten pick making a list of under-valued players? Because he will be that good. Gholston should be Miami's pick at number one in the draft. He will be a dominate pass rusher like recent defensive end to outside 3-4 linebackers converts Ware and Merriman.

Howard
DE/OLB
Georgia
Howard is clearly too small to play defensive end in the NFL, although I thought the same thing about the Colts' Robert Mathis. Howard is ideally suited to play outside linebacker in a 3-4 defense. He is a top athlete and has great speed for a man his size. He also has very good pass rushing skills. Howard will be a long time quality NFL starter.

Woodyard
OLB
Kentucky
Woodyard is a very active player with the ability to make plays sideline-to-sideline. He has excellent speed and quickness. He is also a tough kid who likes to hit. He is perfect as a WILL linebacker on a team that emphasizes speed over size. He looked very good during Senior Bowl practices making tackle after tackle in drills. However, in the game he had some very good moments, but also missed some tackles. He will need to play under a little more control to become a more sure tackler in the NFL, but I believe that will be an easy adjustment for this kid.

Keglar
OLB
Purdue
Keglar has a chance to be a great SAM linebacker. He has a rare combination of strength, speed, quickness and athletic ability. Keglar is also a smart, tough kid with good coverage skills. Keglar will be a steal for a team in the draft. In addition, he will be a killer on special teams while he develops as a linebacker.

Kehl
OLB
BYU
Kehl is a very good athlete. He has the speed to chase plays sideline-to-sideline and the quickness to stay with backs out of the backfield. He also has a nose for the ball and makes big plays. He will be a very good WILL in the NFL.

Goff
ILB
Vanderbilt
Goff was thought to be a smart, instinctive, tough linebacker who was limited athletically. His workout, however, shows he is a good athlete for an inside linebacker. While he has the measureables to play the middle in a 4-3 defense, I believe his play on the field and size translate better to playing inside in a 3-4. If he lands with a 3-4 team, he could have a nice career as a starter.

Larsen
ILB
Arizona
Larsen is a better football player than workout warrior. He will probably go on day two and be a top backup or stop-gap starter (although it wouldn't surprise me if he becomes a solid starter), but he will be a valuable member of a team while many linebackers selected ahead of him are limited to special teams and practice squads.
