Title: Interesting campaign finance question...

This won't happen, but it's an interesting hypothetical anyway.

What if Hillary conceded defeat (not publicly) but decided to continue in the primary race in order to use her leftover campaign money to launch TV attacks against John McCain? Having two Democratic candidates means that primary voters can contribute twice as much to the Democratic campaign as they would otherwise be able to. People who maxed out for Obama could contribute to Hillary and vice versa, allowing the Dems to run more ads and wage a harder campaign against McCain than would be the case if Hillary dropped out.

How do you know that's not already happening? If there's a way to be sleazy/greasy about it, I'm sure a Clinton will figure it out. fgtb76

Disenfranchised poor stupid white women will ask her to keep going in a townhall meeting. She can go Independent, self funded, basically what shes doing now. Odds are poor but shes not going away, she has too much invested in this race. Shell be too old next time and Obame would never make her VP. Its a sense of entitlement. Ignore the obvious if you dare but any rational candidate would have conceded. Hilliary is in it for the long haul.
