Cheats:
Scattered throughout the game are little glowing cheat icons. When you find one, press Circle to unlock a cheat.

Power Clothes:
Beat the game wearing your hat on every mission.

Unlimited Ammunition:
Beat the game on Hard.

Continue With Everything:
After beating the game, save it again. Now start a new game using that save file and you'll begin with unlocked cheats and items.
