Man Blows Up His House After Quarrel With Guests, Kills Nephew

A man has blown up his own house after a conflict with his visitors. One man was killed in the blast.

People were celebrating Easter in a house in the village of Goryashino, Irkutsk region, East Siberia. During a conflict between the drunk guests and the host, the latter rushed out in the street, took a grenade and threw it into the window, Regnum news agency reported Monday.

The house owner, his 14-year-old son and two young people were wounded by splinters of glass. One of the young people, the house owner’s nephew, died before the ambulance came.

All those injured were taken to neighboring hospitals. Police are investigating the incident.
