Chili Mac

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
seasoning salt
1 (7 1/4 oz) box macaroni and cheese mix
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter (or what ever amounts the box calls for)
2 slices American cheese
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1 package of your favorite chili seasoning mix
8 ounces cheddar cheese or monterey jack cheese, shredded


1. Brown ground beef and season with season salt.
2. Drain well after browing meat.
3. Return to skillet.
4. Cook Mac& Cheese according to the directions on the box.
5. When the Mac& Cheese is done stir in 2 American cheese singles.
6. When Cheese is melted add the Mac& Cheese to the ground beef.
7. Drain pinto beans and add to mix.
8. Add tomatoes and green chilies.
9. Add chili seasoning packet.
10. Stir well.
11. Let simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
12. Or until throughly heated.
13. Stiring well in between.
14. Then top with cheese and cover with lid until cheese is melted.
