Hello there!
A friend of a friend from another forum told another friend who told a girl in my dorm...
Needless to say.
I'm new, and saying hello, because it was recommended.
I'm really just looking for a place to improve my writing.
Does anyone care to point me in the direction of a good reviewer?

Also, do we have any Neil Gaiman fans out here?
I'm personally counting down the seconds untill the Stardust movie comes out.

*fangirl squee*

You have a girl in your dorm? Lucky you.

Unless your female, of course, I just thought the name sounded slightly masculine....

Also; No, I've never heard of him... But the movies been recomended to me by a friend.... Because theres pirates in it. He didn't sound very sure, though, so I'm waiting untill I see a trailer....

But, hello.

Do you know how unbelievably happy you made me. I hade a shite day until I found out we have anther crazed Gaiman fan on the forum. I hope Stardust is better then MirrorMask, loved the art direction but I thought the story was lacking.

Hm.

Welcome! I am your lord and master of the universe, or just E. Hope you like it here.

As for reviewers we have some really good ones here, but if you just post your work your guaranteed to get to good feedback and crit.

Oh post lost, read plenty, follow the rules and all that jazz.

Hope to see some stuff up soon :D

Hey, nice to have you here! I am a Gaiman fan, although I've never managed to watch MirrorMask all the way through (in other words...just haven't found the time to sit down and watch the whole thing) but I love the graphic novels.

There are tons of people who will gladly review your stuff here. We have a section of beta readers who can read it before you post it, but usually when you post something new someone (that someone usually being ArchAngel) will give you a nice, long review. So there's no need to worry about lack of reviewing. :)

I'm looking forward to reading some of your stuff!

Welcome, and I'm new-ish too. :)

I'm a Gaiman fan too but I only found out where to buy more of the comics yesterday and the prices are "OMG, ARE YOU INSANE?!?!?!?!?!?!" >.>
I didn't even know there were movies at all. Does anyone know if there downloadable?

Oh, and, hai t' yeh.

Obzie - May 24, 2007 07:51 PM (GMT)
haha, glad there are other Gaiman fans out there.
He is like God, only better.
And... I'm a girl...
I wish co-ed dorms existed at my school.
As for Mirrormask downloads, there's alway bittorent.

Hello and welcome.

Err... okay everyone else has already beaten me to any useful information I could have given you, so I have little news to offer you I'm afraid.

Hmm... what to say instead...?

Have I welcomed you to the forums yet?

Hiya, welcome! I can't say I know much of Neil Gaiman, I think I've heard of him though. What kind of writing do you do?

Perennial Poet - May 24, 2007 09:51 PM (GMT)
LOL! Arch struggling for something to say. He likes to get there first, see. I nabbed him to it.

Also; heheh. I suppose I should have thought of that first, that you are a girl. Well, I suppose its even better, eh? Lol.

What kind of writing do you do?

I mostly do fantasy, sience fiction, regular fiction, an a lot of short story form.
Mostly because I'm so ADD that I can't hold a plot past thirty pages.

I don't really have any recent writing because the school I go to swamps me with work.
But I'd be happy to post some older unfinished things just to have something to talk about. I'll do it tonight at around ten PM (eastern time).

Welcome New Person who is named Obzie. I am Mr. Happy Java Man, or just Java. I am the resident insaniac. At least I like to think that I am. I'm known as Crazy Steve the Burrito Queen to many people. But that's a totally different story.

Let me think. Useful information that I can give. AHA

2. Don't feed the Bears.
