For the life of me, I can't figure out how to spend stat points. Can someone help me out, please? Thank you.

umm .. the + sign next to the stats lol...

Okay, I figured out what was wrong. My monitor is set to 800 x 600 and so part of the bottom and part of the right side is missing. I set my monitor smaller and I saw the + signs.
