Just got back from Dallas. :D What an awesome event it was. It was tons of fun. Not just seeing Greg but just the event in general. There was not very many people so the event was very laid back.

The event mainly consisted of people auditioning for a walk on role on DOOL. Auditioning consisted of three rounds and then a winner chosen at the end of the 3rd round. Greg, Michael Bruno, and Julie Pinson were the judges. I have to say that it takes alot of nerve to be able to get on stage and act out a scene like those contestants did. I applaud them all. The judges gave each of the contestants tips and critque to improve themselves. The winner was a young lady named "Vendetta". She was awesome. She told Greg he was "hot". lol.

Anyway after the winner was chosen, it was time for autographs and pics. As Greg was walking down the stage and towards the line, I called his name out, and he stopped and said , "Hey honey glad you made it down here"" and gave me a huge hug. :wub: I told him that I was glad he finally came to Texas for an event and he said "Yeah you didn't have to fly out for this one". lol. :P I then took a quick pic with him and then he preceded to his table to sign autographs. I then patiently waited my turn at his table.

Greg gave a signed headshot to everyone that went up to his table and then when it was my turn it was funny because he shouted to me as I was walking up to him.."Rox, I know you don't want a headshot of me because you brought your own pics for me to sign". lol. :P I told him "You know it". :D

I then got another hug. :wub: He the asked me if we had a safe drive up to Dallas and asked how my twins were and why didn't I bring them to the event. lol. I then asked how Touriya and Jathan were and he then pullled out his IPHONE and showed me some pics of Jathan. :wub: I told him Jathan was adorable and then thanked him for showing me the pics. That was really sweet of him to do. He is definately a proud papa. :) Anyway we then got of topic and started talking about his iphone. lol. I told him that I am thinking of getting one and if he recommends it. He said "yes because it does alot of really cool stuff". lol. He said Touriya is the one that got the iphones. He said he's glad she got him one because he would of had to borrow hers. lol.

We then talked briefly about the CMA fest, his FCW event, then about his iphone again. rofl. The event then started to finish up and I was able to talk with him again. We talked about the upcoming Boston events and some Dallas related things. Then it was time for the event to end and I told him I would see him in Boston and gave him a big hug. He told us to have a safe drive back to Houston and thanked us again for coming to see him.

It sounds like a great event Rox. So glad you were able to go and had a great time. I LOVE the reaction he had to seeing you. :D Was Mo able to go with you? So glad you had some one on one time with him and were able to see the pics. :wub: He is just so happy right now. I love that.

Glad you had a great time Rox. :) Greg is definitely a proud papa. On his old phone his picture is of Jathan..adorable. When I talked to him at FCW he had told me Touriya had just brought home iPhones for them both but he hadn't got the knack of it yet. Guess he still has a little to go since he had Touriya's. :P
