We have had some issues with pages loading VERY slowly. We tried to see what was going on and at this point the only answer to the problem is the SIZE of the banners in siggies, along with a large amount of images in signatures.

For this reason, we need images inside the signatures to be within 600px x 500 pixels (smaller is better, but no larger than this size please.) One banner or photo per siggie.

For blinkies etc.... please make them 250x150 but limited to 3 per signature.

Right now the limit for the number of characters per siggie is set at 250. It was bigger but we are trying to clear up a problem so it would be appreciated if everyone would help us try to track the issue by helping us keep it to a minimum.

Just a reminder about banner sizes and siggie sizes. I have been getting emails again from dialup users re: the pages loading so slowly because of the banners etc. Please try to keep the size guidelines in mind when you add banners or siggies to the board. If you have questions about something you want to post, just email or pm myself or one of the mods for assistance.

also if you want there is a code to put in your Admin CP so that the board shows a member's siggy only once per page...
if you want that let me know and I can give you the code and tell you where in your Admin CP to place it :)
