Hi guys, I had to take a minute and tell you what is going on. I know I posted before that I was going to be moving to Nashville. Well that time is here. I currently live 3 hours away from where I am moving, but I am indeed going to the Nashville area. I start my new job next week and inbetween working out my notice at my current job, driving up for Orientation at the new job I am packing the house I have lived in for the past 16 years..... I am going nuts to say the least. So please be patient with me if I am MIA for a few days (or longer -- but I hope not too much longer).

Shell, Amby and Iwa are keeping an eye on things for me while I am gone, so if something happens and you need help with the board or something is going wonky on the site, let them know and I am sure they will be able to take care of it (if not they can let me know and we will fix it as soon as possible.)

I appreciate every one here and I thank you so much for your support of Shell and I here on the site and especially of Greg. You guys are awesome! I hope to be able to check in periodically while I get settled, and hope that it won't take too long for me to be completely settled in my new place.

thanks guys. I have been packing all day and had to pop in to say hi. I am exhausted but I miss this place. lol

I work at my old job tomorrow, thurs and friday. Am in Nashville tuesday and wednesday. And when I am at either place I am either packing or unpacking. I am not sure what day we will take all the big stuff. I am whiped out just thinking about it. But I am ready to be finished with it all and settle into some kind of routine. Once I figure out what that will be. lol

While I am at work on my old job, I will have web acess but at the new house I won't have internet or cable hooked up until next week. (No GH until I get back here! I don't know how I will manage!)

Anyway, back to work! :wavey:

Hope you have a safe move and take it slow and easy with the unpacking or it will so get to you and hope to hear from you as soon as you get your self together!!!

Wanted to give you guys an update on Chris. She is doing good and is really going to like it in Nashville and at her new job. She has one more day of orientation and then she is back home for a few days. I think she will start the new job on the 15th - will know more tomorrow.

Anyway she is a little :wacko: from everything going on and her apt. - well it has everything everywhere. I know she will be relieved once she gets everything in one place.

I understand the hecticness that is moving and changing jobs. It's where I've been for the last couple of weeks. I think I finally unpacked my last box on Saturday! So I hope things go quickly for her!!! And she doesn't get too overwhelmed.

Hi guys, just checking in.

Today is my last day at my old job. I have almost one room of furniture at the new apt, the rest is still being moved slowly to the new place. It has been a mess. But you gotta do whatcha gotta do. Going up tomorrow and taking my bed -- at least I won't be crashing on the floor next week. lol And the cable guy comes on Monday to hook up internet and tv so I can watch gh and check in here more often. Still waiting for a chance to take my big furniture. Hopefully can do that soon.The people who can help have odd work schedules so between that and bad weather -- ugh. Anyway. It will come together soon I hope. The new job sounds great, and I like my new apt so that helps. Another week or so of being here only occasionally and then I should be back to normal... well... we are talking about ME here so normal is relative. :wink:

Anyway, thanks for the good wishes guys, and thanks to everyone how has kept things rolling while I have been gone.
