Hmm... I'm only 45 mins. away from Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Hmmm... 75 bucks...eh... I don't know what to do. Seems uhmmm... to good to be true. All three of them. This isn't a hoax, right? I emailed the hotel to get more info.

Let us know what the hotel says. My hubby and I were just discussing about possibly attending the Daytime Emmys in CA. I would love to attend this event IF it is legit. :)

General Hospital's longtime superstar, Anthony Geary, rarely makes personal appearances. Therefore, few GH fans, or daytime fans in general, have had the opportunity to meet the four time Emmy winner. But, that's all about to change as he will headline his first ever fan event on April 29th in Los Angeles.

But, he's not taking the stage all alone. Joining Geary will be two popular actors who have been lucky enough to act opposite him on GH, his first "Lucky" son, Jonathan Jackson, and the actor most recently tackling the role, Greg Vaughan.

The trio will appear at the Beverly Garland Hotel, in North Hollywood, CA at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 29 (the day after the Emmy Awards). Not only will the actors field questions and talk about their roles and experiences in daytime, but there will be photo and autograph opportunities, as well. There will also be door prizes and special surprises.

OMG OMG OMG that freaking great but I can't go its too dang far for me I wish I could go tho maybe if I win like the lottery in the next few months........i might be able to go but unless its like 500 bucks there is no way in hell!! My folks are already up my butt b/c im going to Nashville and FCW!!! :frantic: Although it would be the perfect B-D present but my parents arent going to do that for me!!! :( I dunno its not for sure yet maybe i can do some milking and they will let me go but i am going to have to pay for it! OMG that sounds like it would be an awesome event!! I was so mad when I was at SSW and these two ladies were telling me about how they drove six hours to St. Louis the weekend before to see Tony Geary when he was promoting Carpool Guy there. I was like "A SOAP STAR ACTUALLY CAME TO ST. LOUIS!!!! AND HOW THE HECK DID I NOT HEAR ABOUT IT!!" :angry: :( I was so upset that I would have been able to meet him when he came here and they were saying how there was nobody really there, and I was thinking well nobody probably knew about it because they didn't promote it or tell anyone about it!! :uhhuh: I was just so upset that I had an opportunity to meet Tony Geary and completely missed out! :cry:

I hope that whoever gets to go to this event has a great time!! :)

Turns out I can't go after all.

I'm just too upset for words.

For those that don't know - I'm having major eye surgery done. I have Kerataconus and I'm having intacts implanted into my eyes. One surgery is being done that week.

Just spoke with my doctor - he called about another matter - and he said while he wants me to fly back to the Big Island (surgery is being done in Honolulu (Oahu) the day after the surgery - he'd like me to be around my parents or near familiar settings right after my surgery.

While I'd like to meet Tony Geary (met JJ before) - I've been waiting my whole life for surgery like this.

Put it this way I guess - I'll see Greg in July with a whole new vision :)

I've also had to cancell taking a new paralegal course that starts next weekend since I won't be able to study because I can't wear my contacts the week of the surgery.

LOL :giggle: I am mad that they wont do the event during FCW b/c then everyone would go!!! UGHRRRR :frantic: Its ok tho I wanted to go but I can't for sure now b/c of school and stuff like that!! The seats that are left for the Emmys are not really worth it. They are toooooooo far back. lol. So my hubby and I are passing up the Emmys. :(


But............I will be flying to CA to attend the TG,GV,JJ event!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just made reservations at the Beverly Garland and will be sending for my tix in the morning. :cheerleader:

My hubby says this trip is my early Mother's Day present. :) Couldn't of asked for anything better.
