GVB turns one this week! :cheerleader: :cheerleader:

After looking at the calendar I just realized that GVB turns one this week. I can't believe it. I know when Birdie started this she had no idea how much time and work goes into keeping a board like this up and running. I'm so grateful that she asked me to help with it. I have had a blast - Luv you BFF. :hug2:

I want to say thanks to the mods of GVB; Roxy, Iwa and Amby - we couldn't do this without you gals. :) Thanks so much for all you do. Next are the members of GVB. This board would not be as fun if it wasn't for you guys. I know alot of friendships have formed just by talking on GVB. Thanks guys for supporting the board and supporting Birdie and I.

Then of course we have to thank Greg since he is the reason this board was put up. :P For those of you that have met Greg you know what a kind of guy he is. He has the biggest heart and anytime you talk with him he gives you his full attention not to mention great hugs. :giggle: He is an actor that appreciates his fans and their support of him and his work. Anything that I can do to support Greg and his work I am there. With GVB we have that opportunity.

I'm so glad I found this place. It's a great fun filled place with a bunch of great people, supporting a great guy! Chris and Shell - I admire you for all the work and effort you put in to this board - you do a wonderful job.

Wow! I just got the renewal notice today on the domain name.... if it weren't for Shelley saying something about this yesterday and getting that email I probably would have totally forgotten about it! lol

What a year it has been! I can't believe it. It has gone by so fast.

When I put the site up I had no clue how it would spread or what the impact would be. Not only for me but for the members of the board. We get emails all the time from people who lurk and talk about what a nice place this is to visit. Even had someone approach me at Ted's event in Nashville and told me she lurks here daily and likes to do so because it is a nice respectful place. (That is how Judy and I became friends! She was a lurker that emailed me regularly because of the site. heehee!)

I love the response we have gotten and you guys have been so awesome that it is easy to see why people keep coming back. This is a great community to be associated with. You guys are amazing.

Thank you for all the wishes. And to the "crew" -- Shelley, Ambur, Iwa, Roxanne and our newest helpers Nikki and Sue, your support and assistance had been invaluable. For some others: Maya, Nikki, Judy, Melz.... thank you for your friendship and all that has come with it. To the members of GVB (why do I feel like I am giving an acceptance speech! lol) thanks for making this place fun fun fun. You all make me proud.

:o Has it really been a year already? WOW! What a wonderful cyber family we have here at GVB, many whom have become great friends. It is so wonderful to see! Thanks to all the members for making GVB one of the most respectful and friendly places to visit online. As most of us know message boards can sometimes be a scary venture but I have renewed faith that they all don’t have to be that way thanks to GVB and the friends that I’ve made here. Shell and B, you deserve all the accolades for making GVB what it is, we all follow your guidance.
