:wavey: everyone! As most of you know Greg's contract is coming up and Debby O sent out an email saying that TEAM GREG is underway!!! For those of you that haven't seen the email here is part of what it said.

"...........let's do something positive for Greg! With his Bethesda event being the one place to show it, and with the studio being yet another, let's get going with "Team Greg!" We'll put our heads together regarding prizes, but prizes there shall be. In the meantime, please put together your most creative ideas, whether for Team Greg tees, banners, table numbers (for the stands on tables at the event in Bethesda), drawings, postcards, etc., and let's let Greg and everyone within earshot and eyesight know how much we love and appreciate Greg Vaughan and what he brings to us each and every day, not only on General Hospital, but also at all of the events and personal appearances that he comes to. As any of you who have had the pleasure of meeting him knows, Greg always gives us 200% at these events, and gives undeniably the best hugs in the world. Let's give back in kind! And our "big hug" will be showing our support with Team Greg!! Bring your Team Greg items with you to Bethesda or, if you are unable to attend but want to be a part of the fun, ship them to us there at the hotel. You can also send them to Greg in care of the studio. We want to start now, go through the Bethesda event and on through his contract negotiations. Let them know that Team Greg is here to stay and that we are not going anywhere!"


We are getting ready to get in TEAM GREG mode so everyone stay tuned. We want Greg to know how much we support him and what an awesome job he does each day as "Lucky". As Debby said, for those of us that have met him we know what an absolute sweetheart he is and gives the best hugs in the world. :hug2:

So if you have any ideas of what we can do let us know. Whether it be postcards, banners, etc...lets come up with ideas so we can bombard the studio and to Greg!!!

Im all for it just let me know how I can help! I will start thinking of ideas! I thought of one tonight while talking to Rox on the way home from school!! I think I am going to have a T-Shirt made for me personally and a pic of me and Greg on the front and have it say I love Greg :heartbeat: then on the back im going to have it in big bold black letters either Team Greg or Team Vaughan! I am going to wear it to SSW!!! :D :D I am starting to think about buttons we can make and things like that!!

You and Greg have my support all they way. We need Team Greg shirts immediately

EDITED.... Thought about this in my car this morning. Maybe have a yellow star as a background and then TEAM GREG written over that. Then underneath come up with something catch about Angels support Greg. Just an idea...

we are doing something special for Greg and sending an item to the studio each week. Several of us have been taking turns but I wanted to open it up and let the rest of you guys know about it. If you are interested in sending something to the studio (we are sending specific types of things in keeping with the texas themed "team Greg" concept) please let me know if you would like to take a turn. You can even combine efforts with someone else so that it isn't as expensive for one person to do if you want to go that route. We have the next 3 weeks covered but we do need to get some things lined up to send the week of October 15th and beyond that. Ok looks like you can go ahead and order items from Cafe Press. It is set up in a store all its own. These are set up to be charged just what Cafe Press charges for the items so it is separate from the fundraiser.

You will find tshirts, hats and buttons at: www.cafepress.com/teamgreg (Easy enough to remember? right?)

Please take some items with you when it comes time for your next fan event. :)

Just a reminder that the TEAM GREG items are ready on cafe press. If you are going to MD and need to order a button or something from there to wear to the event -- they should be in on time.

I have made a Team Greg postcard that looks really good printed. I mailed some to Judy and she is going to hand them out in Bethesda. I will post it later tonite and if there are those that want to print it out and mail it to the mags, studio or Greg you can. :)
