LnL2 and JaSam Fans Unite! We have come together to fight for True Love!
In August of 2006, Elizabeth Spencer tried just about everything she knew to save her husband, Lucky, from his addiction. After finding that he had turned to drugs again and discovered him with Maxie Jones she walked out on him. Elizabeth turned to her friend, Jason Morgan, for a sympathetic ear and instead they found comfort in each other’s arms. Elizabeth found out she was pregnant and fans of LnL2 and JaSam were pitted against each other, much to the delight of the writers. Who’s the Daddy of Elizabeth Spencer’s baby? The question looming in all of our minds….well, we, the fans, have decided the father is Lucky Spencer.
Lucky and Elizabeth paired together in 1997 and since their fans have watched their love bloom from tragedy, survive death, sacrifices, other loves, and finally after 7 years we were given a beautiful reunion and wedding. Lucky’s addiction was the last thing the Newlywed Spencer’s thought they would face; it’s the last thing the fans thought they would see. This baby is the perfect opportunity to mend the fractured hearts of Elizabeth and Lucky. Lucky is a great man, a great father to Cameron, and Elizabeth’s soul mate. He is a Spencer and will come out of this addiction wiser and stronger.
Jason Morgan and Sam McCall are the most popular couple on General Hospital. Their love started as friendship, much like Lucky and Elizabeth’s. Sam has never once tried to change Jason; she accepts Jason for who he is and has proven she would do anything for him. Every other “love” Jason has ever had, including Elizabeth, has never been able to deal with the choices he makes. Jason wants to change for Sam and he has never considered doing that for anyone. Jason is learning what it means to forgive someone and to give and take in a relationship.
The love LnL2 and JaSam share is the love fans yearn for. We watch General Hospital for “Love in the Afternoon” to watch couples overcome insurmountable odds and come out stronger on the other side. LnL2 and JaSam deserve a little break from the hospital, viruses, brain surgery, ONS, death threats, drugs, and menacing outside forces. At the end of the day we root for True Love. JaSam and LnL2 are true love. They remind us of daytimes most popular Super Couple, Luke and Laura. Lucky was meant for Elizabeth and Sam was meant for Jason.
And so are we! We come together to support JaSam and LnL2, the truest loves in daytime!
