Won't be able to play before friday/saturday, it is the Norwegian Constitution Day tomorrow, and I'm really busy getting everything ready for the big celebration.

But at least it's back! :D

Well, something unusual has happened.
Everything that Vince downloaded on his GT on the old xbox is unavailable to me. That be maps, arcade games, patches.. So he called the support again, and the guy he spoke to had to talk to his boss and call us back.
The only game I can play without problems is GRAW2, tried to find the new maps and game modes on RB6, but I can't play them. I can play GH2, but if I want to play Killer Queen I have to log on to Vince's GT.
This is really, really annoying as my favourite arcade games is trial versions, I love my arcade games.

Anyone else experienced this?

What you need to do is to download all the stuff again, and because you already have payed for them, they will be for free. Usually arcade games and such works when you are online, but not offline. This is because you have changed your 360, the profile is "attached" somehow to the old one, and there for the problems.

just like nick said go to marketplace and redownload them, if you already have it it will take seconds to do.

Vince already tried to do that. If I download them I have to pay for them. Vince has all the stuff, but not me. That's not fair.
We just can't affort to pay double up for everything.

I found out about the XBLA games, but nothing about the DLC for RB6 and GH2 and others...

What happens when you purchase an Arcade title, is that the game becomes bound to your gamertag, and the console you purchased it on. Consequently, the full version of the game will run as long as one of two requirements are met, being that you either need to be logged in with the owning gamertag, or it has to run on the original console. Whilst this makes sense from a DRM perspective, the 360’s less-than-stellar reputation for reliability makes this a tricky subject, and future migrations to different machines only make things worse. When your box kicks the bucket, you’ll most likely get a refurbished one back, meaning only the binding to the gamertag will survive, which in turn means you have to be online with that specific gamertag to run the game.

The support should call me tomorrow, so we have to wait for them.. But I shall get them to pay me back again for the XBLA games, or else I want my old 360 back..

But I wonder what will happen if I format the HDD, recover GT and download the DLC for RB6 and GH2 and others... Will it work :???:

I hope you removed your HD before sending your xbox away..

I only send them the core xbox not any cables or the hard drive ....

so did´nt had to recover any gamertag or nothing just plug n play ..

You got two GT on your 360... Are you still able to play any downloaded XBLA games with both GT ?... and how about the DL for GRAW 2 and Rainbow 6 ?

Well I have not checked .. Gunbunny can´t join some servers its says that I lack the DLC...but I can host

on XBLA same thing but there I just logged in as KV log out without leaving the game then i was not a problem

no problemen with DLC for graw2 or r6v.

but after last macth no one could join my room as KV but I had before the match been hosting as gunbunny...

need to look into it tomorrow
