I bought this game on sale have heard people talking about it and I thought .. lets try it for times when i want to relax with out straining my eyes.. anybody else got it?

I played it through last summer. Have been thinking about download Shivering Isles, but then I would get addicted again. But it's a really nice RPG, I've never liked RPG's before I played this one.
But it was really scary in the beginning.
I remember one of the first nights I played it, Vince was out with some buddies and Kenneth was sleeping. I turned down the lights. But my cellphone was on the floor, with vibration on it. It was really creepy when I got a text message from ViInce. Lol.

Yep, saving is very important!

I have at least two different saves, just in case; if you want to take a chance/risk with something, a "temporary save" you might call it.

Saving is really important. I lost a couple of hours of playtime by not saving when I should've done it.
The more you play, the more you'll learn, this game is awesome. I really should start playing it again, thare's much more to see.

Yeah, I started to play it again when the Shivering Isles Expansion came. Really good and I do have some achievements left... :D

I'm really tempted to start play this game. Start it from the beginning. But I've got over 120 hours +++ of gameplay on my "old" player, so I definately won't delete that one.

The first time I played Oblivion I played it for about 30 hours. Then I wanted to start over with a brand new character, now when I understood everything much more. So I did, played it for about 70 hours perhaps, and counting.

It can also be fun to have a character more suited for the Story so to speak; a noble knight, bla bla... And a character where you can do what you want, play around.

Anyway... Oblivion is an awesome game!

Yeah. I wonder if I'm going to make a new character. Making a thief or something, feel like being a bad girl :giggle: B) :P

UK I need help... first of all I´m a vampire... I can´t move outside in the sun,,, then I got alot of vampire stuff added sneak strength but how do I use it? then the gates of oblivion pops up lite pimlpes in a teen fave alla over the place ( witch is the only place I can be around the clock) but how do i use the stuff I all kind of gooies that come along with being vampire and also I wonder if I can buy a house and just dump all things I´m carring on ( I dumpad all things without value)

If you wish to buy a house, you have to speak with someone in the castle of the town you wish to settle in. This is usually the Count/Countess, but not always. If you want to buy a house in the Imperial City you go to the Office of Commerce (or something like that) in the Market area.
You can sell some of the things you are carrying, you know that? ;)


Take a look at THIS for your vampire problem.
I remember there was a glitch in the Vampire Quest a year ago, but I have noe idea if it is fixed now.
