Successfully socketed 1st emerald trinket. Journal claimed I successfully socketed second emerald trinket, but the armor still showed 1/3. On the third attempt, I got this 500 internal server error:

BTW, I really like the whole "lightning strike" thing. That's uber-cool.

Edit: This may be a non-issue. After I posted this, I tried again, and I now have 3/3 socketed armor, each with emerald trinket.

Wasn't there an error message along with the file name and line number?

Nope. I thought that was a little odd. I'd never seen a one-line error message before, but that's all this was.
