Chapter 1:
Esther’s POV
“Why do we have to take a retarded road trip to this place we’re going? Can’t we take a plane? That’s why they were created.” Erin whined again. I looked out the window to find something interesting to do. All I saw was trees… and more trees.
I sighed and looked down, fumbling with my thumbs, thinking about specifically nothing. Well… something actually.
Our dad got a new job at this new place that they won’t tell us about. All we know is that we were moving there. So my dad, mom, my older sister Erin, and I were crammed up in a car for a week instead of taking a nice plane and taking a mere few hours to where ever we were going.
I let out another sigh. “Mom, I’m bored out of my mind. Can’t we do something? See something? Get something? I don’t know.”
“Esther, honey, you have to be patient.” My mom scolded as her answer. I let out a silent groan and rolled my eyes with Erin. I love my parents and all, but they are not the best at teenage communication. My 16 year old sister Erin fidgeted in her seat, trying to get herself comfortable, and when she didn’t succeed, she just let out another groan.
Me, a 14 year old, was even more impatient. “PATIENT?!?!?! I’ve been in this car for a whole 10 hours. I think that’s patient.” I paused. “When are we taking a break?”
“I don’t know. Soon, I guess.” My dad looked at me through the mirror. “Why?”
“I REALLY need to go.”
“Hey, isn’t that a stop?” Erin pointed at a sign that said ‘Stop here’.
“I don’t know. What does it say?” I rolled my eyes. I had grown really frustrated and angry over these past few days. “Of course it’s a stop. Dad, take a breather please?”
“No, I really don’t think- hey, what is that?” the huge antique looking house definitely stood out from the rest of the buildings.
“Oh my gosh dad, don’t tell me we’re going to go look at it.” I let out a soft whine.
“I just want to see what it is. It’s quiet fascinating.” He parked smoothly along the sidewalk and got out. His eyes sparkled with that adventurous twinkle in his eyes.
“Dad, we need to get going.” Erin joined at the whining now.
“Sweethearts, let’s just take a moment to look at it.” Our mom pushed us toward the house. It was undoubtedly abandoned for quite a long time. The door creaked slowly when we opened it. There were spider webs and dust everywhere we looked.
“Okay.” I was a bit spooked out by now. “We saw it. Let’s go now.” I pulled my mom toward the front door but she just shook it off.
“No, honey. Just a bit more.” She sounded… enchanted… under a spell. Robotic, almost.
I scoffed to myself as I realized what I had just thought. No way.
I watched from far behind as my dad opened a door and another creak echoed through the empty halls. His eyes lit up and he ran in. My mom quickly followed. Erin, on the other hand, stood there with her mouth open.
“What’s wrong?” I asked her as I reached her. She just pointed inside the room.
My mouth dropped open too. There, laid in front of us, was a diner table full of delicious food from breakfast to dinner, Italian to Chinese, everything you could ever imagine on a very long, royal looking table.
“Where…how…why…when…” my questions didn’t finish themselves. We just watched in silence as my parents pigged out and slowly finished every single thing on the table.
They came back to us as soon as they were done, looking quite satisfied with themselves.
I gasped as something moved behind my dad. “Dad-what’s behind you?”
“What?” he turned around naturally and I gaped. Not gasped; not a sound could escape. My words were caught on my throat as I moved my mouth in desperation to tell him. Erin did it for me.
“Dad? When did you get a tail?”
“What?”
Suddenly, the room, was a whirling hole. All I remember was the screams and the twinkling and spiraling of it all. The next thing I know, I’m alone.
In a forest.
Can someone explain to me what happened?
Very short, I know.
But it'll get longer as soon as the story get's a go on.
Twinkle Toes CHapter 1:Part 1
~Erina's Part
"HEllo???," I said. Where the hell am I?
Well lets see.... I think my heads injured; and i can't remeber what my name is.....nothing. Hmm... what shuld I do? My head persistently throbbing as I tried to stand up. I looked around and saw a really strange building and walked towards. As I was walking a looked at my hands...staring at them with disbelief. I was fade- ing away.
Miku's POV
"I know she's around here... I can smell her dreadful human scent all over the place." Looking over the buildings I spotted her trying to enter the BATH HOUSE.....She was in panic....I quickly realized she was probably disappearing. I quickly sped towards her.
Erin's POV
"No no no...get away from me..huh..im disappearing....ahhh!!" I screamed. Miku quickly explained," you have to eat food of this world or else youll become a ghost spirit...here." He put a small looking piece of fruit in my mouth..at least i thought it was fruit. I began gagging and claiming he was trying to posion me until I began to appear whole again...
The love is just about to begin..

They had been best friends since preschoo and grew up with Erin since 1st grade.

I stood up slowly and took a look around
This is impossible. How could I be... in a FOREST?!?!
With trees... and flowers... and ... and.... and...
I sighed in defeat. AHhh, screw trying to make everything make sense. Let's just try to find my family.
"HELLO!?!? MOM!?!? DAD?!?!? ERIN!?!? WHERE ARE YOU!?!?!" I started roaming around the endless forest and screamed until my throat started hoarse.
"MOM!!! DAD!!! ERIN!!! WHERE ARE-" I stopped short when I heard a rustle behind me. I quickly turned around. NOthing...
"I must be going crazy." I turned back around and started walking again.
"Tell me about it, you're talking to yourself."
My eyes widened and I turned around again. Nothing...
I turned back around. "Okay, REALLY crazy. Insane."
"We get the point."
I didn't dare turn around again. I started running instead.
"WAIT!!! STOP!!!!"
Yeah right. I must be stupid to stop.
"STOP!!!" I felt something heavy land on top of me and I fell to the ground tumbling with another body.
"OWW!!!! Why'd you do that!?!?"
"Sorry! But you have to eat or you'll turn into a ghost spirit."
What?!? That's the stupidest thing I've ever- HOLY @#%@%&^@%$&^!!!! I'm FREAKIN FADING!!!!
I whimpered speechless and started panicing. "WHAT DO I DO!?!?!"
"Well, you need to eat that berry... but we don't have any..."
"Dude, Sungmin, kiss her."
"What?! You must be crazy Kyuhyun."
"You just had some berries. You can still save her. Maybe it'll have an effect."
"But you know what that means."
"You have no other choice!"
"Excpet letting her become a ghost spirit..."
"SUNGMIN!!!" This Kyuhyun guy sounded mad now.
"HELP ME!!!"
"Fine." he turned to face me. "You owe me so much."
And he kissed me.
