HATTIESBURG, Miss. -- Mississippi Bureau of Investigation agents have arrested a 31-year-old Petal man on a murder charge. However, they still are searching for the body of the alleged victim.

Eric Glenn Parker is being held at the Forrest County Jail on a $250,000 bond. He was arrested Nov. 19.

MBI spokesman Jon Kalahar told the Clarion Ledger (http://on.thec-l.com/rWzlRS) that more suspects may be arrested in connection with the homicide.

Investigators believe the slaying happened during December 2010 in the Hattiesburg and Petal area.

"Even without the body, he (the investigator) thinks it's a pretty solid case," Kalahar said.

Kalahar said the case came to the agency on Oct. 30. He did not release the name of the alleged victim.

Parker has ties to the Aryan Brotherhood, but he said the slaying may not necessarily be gang-related, Kalahar said.

Law enforcement got wind of Parker after Parker purportedly told others of the slaying, he said. They reported it to police almost a year later.

The investigator has interviewed many people who already are incarcerated, Kalahar said.

"They're trying to keep who they talk to hush-hush," he said. "Basically, this case is coming down to who he can get to talk to him."

JACKSON COUNTY, MS (WLOX) -
WLOX News has uncovered new information concerning a mysterious kidnapping and murder investigation in South Mississippi. It's a murder case with no dead body, and connections to a white supremacist group.

The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation confirmed to WLOX News the remains of the victim have never been found.

According to MBI, that victim was lured to a home in Gautier on December 2, 2010. Once there, he was beaten, bound and put in the trunk of a car. Investigators believe he was eventually killed in Forrest County.

It wasn't until November 19, 2011, that Eric Glenn Parker was arrested in Hattiesburg and charged with murder. Authorities say Parker is a member of the white supremacist group the Aryan Brotherhood, who reportedly bragged about killing a man.

Over the past few weeks, the Jackson County Sheriff's Department became involved in the investigation, and Tuesday arrested three men on kidnapping charges. State officials confirm those men are also members of the Aryan Brotherhood.

State and local officials say the investigation is far from over, and more arrests will likely be made.
