BY VITOL

1. Make a new document.
2. Fill it with black and write text on it. I use the font ITC Avant
Garde Gothic MM.

3. Duplicate the text layer twice.
4. Rasterize the text layers.
5. On the first duplicate add a motion blur.
Angle: 90
Distance: 25

6. On the second duplicate add another motion blur but with these
settings.
Angle: 0
Distance: 25

And there you go. You now have a motion blur text.
