This is a notice to all who felt fearful about a "hailstorm" visiting this site.
DO not worry, the one who visited us today was an angry member who happened to get himself banned.
Remember that Hailstorm himself agreed not to harm PV as long as people do not flame him.
To digimonmon, Bans are supposed to mean that you leave and never come back...If you want me to do a full time IP ban, then so be it.

Now that i think about it, that would be the best course of action. IF we IP ban him, he could never sign back up, AND it will give him the message we don't want him back, unless he stops being so paranoid.
