The Fair The wizarding fair was a tradition held more than forty years ago, put on a long-lasting pause during the times of the Dark Lord reign, and reinstalled in a surprising twist of events only last week. More noteworthy is its new location at recently found City of Avalon, the once capital of magic. The finding of the ancient wizarding city is the biggest antrophological discovery of the age. Avalon was thought lost in the 60's and subsisted on its own for little less than a century, hidden in the very midst England by a charm not even fellow wizards were able to pass. "The circumstances around its disappearance are still under investigation," says the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. Avalon has grown independant from all the UK magic government due to its mysterious exciliation from wizarding society. Now, it is open to the public for this very ocassion. Ministry of Magic Wizarding England Information Centre. Tighter security restricts entry to the Ministry of Magic on account of their Apparition Wards so Apparition is only enhabled on weekdays mornings. Registry on Floo, the MACE (Ministry Apparition Control Eye) and the telephone both entrance through Muggle London are recording every wizard in and out of the building. Have a good day. Wizarding National Library There’s a dangerous thing in absorbing knowledge directly from a book. In between lines, in a book pages, even that of spells or in an article, in every chosen word, there's a person behind; an author and a trace of this person’s opinion and understanding of the world.
