Appearance: Rain is small, even for her age, and has a very slender figure. Her pelt is black, and she has no markings anywhere on her beautiful pelt. Her yellow eyes shine brightly with life. Her speed and brains make her an excellent hunter. She has many scars that cover her body, and a lot on her face.
History: In the little life that Rain has lived so far, she has been through much more than your plain wolfess. Like most, she was born to the Alpha's. The Alpha’s of the Mcnona Valley Pack. Her Parents were a kind couple, just trying to keep the pack in order. The Back next to theirs, The Dark Shadows pack, was a very greedy pack, that had had their eyes on a large piece of the Mcnona’s land for some while. The Alphess of the Dark Shadows had had pups the year before, and the pack was larger than ever. So, when Snow, Rain’s mother, has confined to the dens with pups, the Dark Shadows took there opportunity. They attacked, killing all but the Alpha’s and there pups. The Alpha of the Dark Shadows had a grudge on Flame, Rains father, and wanted to kill him, wolf to wolf. Flame was already warn out from keeping wolves out of the den, so the evil Alphen won with no problem. Snow had time to escape out the back with only one pup. Rain? That would be nice wouldn’t it. Then she and her mother could live in peace, maybe join a nice pack. But, alas, fate can be cruel. No, it was not Rain that was ripped from the clutches of evil. It was her sister, Raven. Rain, on the other hand, was taken by the Dark Shadows, and raised to be cruel and evil. But, the goodness inside her shone through. No goodness was not tolerated. That is why she has so many scars. She was all the time being punished. The thing she got punished for most was daydreaming. And, like any growing girl, what do you think she was daydreaming about? That’s right, a guy. The Alphen’s son, Jarred. He was the strongest, fastest, and quickest of the Alpha’s sons, so he was the Alphen’s heir. When Rain turned one, she built up the courage to talk to Jarred. She found out he was not as evil as his parents thought he was, and that he was just acting like that to please them. Rain was head over heals. Jarred seemed to like her, too. After a while, Rain asked Jarred how he felt about her. He said that he liked her, a lot, but that it could never be, because she was too much of a friend. Rain soon found out the real reason. He and another fea from the pack soon became mates, and she gave birth to pups soon afterward. He didn’t want her as a mate because she was too young to have pups, not because he didn’t want to lose their friendship! She was so angry and hurt, that she left the pack. She desided just to be a loner for a while. Give her heart time to heal. But, when she was about 1 ½, she met Jarred again. His mate and pups had died, and his brother had beat him in a fight for the Alpha rank, and banished him from the pak. He was delighted when he saw Rain, or so it seemed, and he apoligzed for what he did to her. Young, foolish Rain believed him, and they soon had pups of their own, even though Rain was barely old enough. But, because of Rains age, the pups soon died. She just wasn’t ready to become a mother yet. She hoped that Jarred would understand, but her mate had a nasty temper. He was very mad at her, so mad, that, when yelling at her, he let it slip that it was his plan to train his offspring to be warriors, to help him take over the Dark Shadows pack. He also let it slip that he had other mates, and none of them had let the pups die. This was what hurt Rain the most. She fled for her life, and bearly escaped her enraged mate. She has been in hiding every since, but now feels she must get on with her life, and live in fear no longer.
