I want to join!!!!!!!!! My top 3 would probably be Hisoka Kurosaki from Descendants of Darkness/ Yami no Matsuei, Asato Tsuzuki from the same, K from Gravitation.
Or perhaps Count D from Pet Shop of Horrors should be in there too?
