Title: hey
Description: i'm new

I would've been a more futuristic character but i saw that they were all taken. When will I be able to be a character not originating in a game? Anyway, I am Rikimaru of Gohda. i AM A HIGHLY trained ninja from the tenchu series (8 games, newest game Tenchu Z). I am extremely well trained at stealth and melee combat and I can disarm and kill in seconds. I have a steady hand so I'd be a good marksman (if I obtained a rifle). I am able to use chakra to perform jutsus. I was also wondering If my character could change alignment during quests, would I be able to join the Galactic empire?
also, does this site have a cbox? and why are the icons messed up (is it just me?)

First off, hello and welcome! Read the rules and beware of bricks.
As for your questions:
1) Never ALL characters MUST be from a video game.
2)Maybe if you get a good enough reason.
3)No we do not have a C-box due to a number of reasons which Im not going to list here and NO WE DO NOT WANT ON! DO NOT TELL US WE NEED ONE!
4)What do you mean by messing up?
Rikimaru - October 8, 2007 09:33 PM (GMT)
ok. Then why is there a Darth Vader and a Greedo and other characters such as that? And i don't think the page loads because of all of those flash ads on the bottom or something. Why do you have all of those? And, thanks for being so nice.

The Star Wars video games expand on the Star Wars Universe itself. That's why Star Wars characters are allowed, if they were in a game. I used to be Kit Fisto for example, and he was in the expansion of Star Wars BattleFront 2 for the Xbox. So, is Rikimaru your fan character of sorts, or is he a real video game person?

!!!!!!!!It doesn't have to have been in a game first? just a game at some time? YES. SO MUCH BETTER THAN CERP! Really???????????????????????????
Alan Schezar - October 8, 2007 09:44 PM (GMT)
No it has to be a game first. Star Wars being allowed has been a mistake that we have regreted for a long time due to it being such an odvious contradiction. However, many Star Wars things are in the story so removing it would be an even bigger head ache.
Your character must be from a game and it had to be a game before it was anything else.
Example: .Hack was a game before it was an anime, therefore you can be .Hack characters, HOWEVER, if the anime or movie or comic or whatever came BEFORE the game then it is not allowed.
Also are you a real character from Tenshi? I haven't played it.
EDIT:Wiki knows all, alright your character is good but I can't make stats as I have never played it.
Rikimaru - October 8, 2007 09:52 PM (GMT)
no. It's called Tenchu. Look it up or go to this site
http://www.microsoft.com/xbox/tenchuz/that's the site for tenchu Z, the eighth game in the series (yes, tenchu has 8 games).
It's one of the longest running third person games and is the precursor for the now very popular stealth/action games such as Splinter Cell by Tom Clancy. Tenchu was the first game to use the stealth meter. I'm suprised you haven't heard of it.

Hmm...I can't make stats your you either since I haven't played...But it does sound very interesting! I might have to buy it at some point.

it's awesome (but bloody). Running around as a ninja, killing people, stealth moves, big levels, customizable characters (only in Tenchu Z, the new game), good graphics, great storyline (I think). It's awesome. You don't have to buy all seven of it's precursors, just read up. You ever played Splinter Cell? Well it's just like that but it's set in the feudal era and ur a ninja (yes, A FREAKING NINJA!). Buy it, play it, obsess over it.

I've played Tenchu. I could write up stats if you'd like, Alan, and PM them to you.
Anyway, welcome to the site. Awesome choice for a character.

I don't have an inbox though. Why don't I? What happened?
Panther Caruso - October 8, 2007 10:45 PM (GMT)
You are still in the "Validating" group. Once you are out, you will.
Rikimaru - October 8, 2007 10:46 PM (GMT)
ok. And, can't I just use my portal. I can use that to check pm's. How do I get out of the validating group?
Geo Stelar - October 8, 2007 11:01 PM (GMT)
An admin has to do that. After some bad issues with a huge event, we've upped security. So you'll have to wait for one...
Rikimaru - October 8, 2007 11:26 PM (GMT)
