There are two kinds of law on the earth as I've said, one is called Civil Law which is the law of the land and one is Maritime Admiralty which is called the law of water. Maritime Admiralty is Banking Law and the law of the Maritime Admiralty says that you, because you came out of your mothers water are a maritime Admiralty product, this is why the ship is sitting in its birth and is tied to the dock and the captain has to give a certificate of manifest to the port authorities. Because money is changing hands this is why when you were born you have to have a birth certificate. It has to be signed by the doc cause thats where the ship is tied to, so the doc signs your birth certificate. Why? Because you came out of your mothers water, you came down her birth canal you are a maritime Admiralty product. Therefore your birth certificate is signed by your mother and where your mother signed on the birth certificate you will see it does not say parent or mother, it says informant. Your mother was informing the bank that she has just produced another product to be bought and sold. England the British Crown through international banking owns your physical body and thats the law. The bottom line is that your a maritime Admiralty product and therefore the banks own your body. On the back of the social security card will be numbers in RED on the front will be blue or black but on the back they will be in red. The numbers on the back of a the SS card in red designate your body, it is the serial number of your stock. This is why if your wealthy your prefered stock, if your poor your common stock but your a stock on the stock market. Your body is bought and sold through the use of your birth certifcate. If you could get your original birth certificate back you would find that on the back of the birth certificate are all banks around the world, all over the world banks have used your birth certificate because you are a stock in a Maritime Admiralty banking scheme where you make money for banks. So consequently the corporation and government and people who want to control you they create a second you and that second you that they control that they created is all in CAPITAL LETTERS. Check it out anytime you get a bill, lawsuit, fine, ticket, utility bill, driving licence, social security card, insurance cards, anything period. Anything having to do with business your name will always be in all capital letters because only all capital letters can be dealt with by banks and government anytime you have a name upper and lower case that applys to you, I have no control over you. You sign a contract in which your name is in all captial letters now I can take you to court, now I can take you. As a matter of fact the judge sits on the bench, he rules from the bench. The word bench in latin is a bank, look it up in a latin dictionary. So the judge rules from the bench, right because he ruling for the bank why? Because someones got to pay, its just a game here the queen of england wants her cut of the American blood, she wants her piece so someones got to pay and the moneys going to go where? Into a bank, thats right the judge rules for the bank. So consequently if you work in California making money your then refered to as a francisee of a foreign corporation. 1849 constitution of California says that NO Californian citizen will ever pay taxs in California State ever. There will never be a state tax in California ever, thats the consitution in California but if you say your a United States citizen your saying you work for a privately owned corporation called the United States therefore your a franchisee of a foreign corporation therefore you must pay the California Franchisee Tax Board not the California State Tax Board. There is no State Tax because your a franchisee of a foreign corportation on the Maritime Banking International Law, you work for the Queen of Engliand. Your butt is owned by the Queen of England in a corporation called the United states whilst a man called Bush is the president of the British corporation. You want to talk treason? You need to wake up and find out how this stuff really works. Once you understand that you do not need to submit yourself as an American to a British commerical venture called Courts your an American you don't need to go to Court. You only go to court cause you agree to go to court. When they send you a summons to court you look at it and say thats not me its in all capital letters thats a corporation, its a corpse, its dead, do I look like im dead to you? Truth be known, you don't have to fill out and sign a birth certificate when your child is born, but, the hospital will threaten you to believe this is required by law. It's not, just part of the sham that has people thinking it is. Have heard numerous anecdotal stories, and it seems a lot of hospitals often emply their crankiest, meanest, gnarliest looking old nurse to propagate this scam. There is a simple way to get the hospital wonks off your back - politely ask them to tell you specifically what law it is that requires a birth certificate be completed and signed.

This is true. You don't HAVE to have a birth certificate. But your child will need one to get a social security number, to enroll in school, to show prooof of identity when applying for a driver's license, and occasionally to show proof of age. Some parents may want their children to live under the radar (homeschool, no doctors, cash only business dealings, use public transportation), but if they ever need to have any dealings with any form of government, they have to have an SSN & that means a birth certificate.

Right you are Donna, those common trappings you mentioned are each tentacles (sub-systems) of THE system - the federal government acting on behalf of King's Commerce, intended to gradually divest Americans of their natural born rights and Common Law through luring them into the fictictious and corrupt world of the Federal Government and it's notion of fair laws, such as the 14th Ammendment -state citizen, reliance on state-sponsored social wellfare, hidden contracts with compelled performance, and at the end of the day state-granted privileges in exchange for God-given rights. A few more significant trappings you did not mention: marriage license; FED Reserve; currency backed by substance-less green ink on white paper; IRS; alphabet soup of "security" services FBI/CIA/NSA/FEMA and the most recent abomination - Homeland Security; UN; OBE; CODEX; ACT 21 ("sustainable development").

Many people today have been conditioned to believe that all these trappings are essential necessities of life which they otherewise could not survive without (without ever having tried), so the real danger is and has been for decades that the government ultimately has what they want - a populous who has been conditioned to believe that without uncle sam to rely on, they will all shrivel up and die.

Meanwhile, has anyone ever actually taken a moment to contemplate any of these trappings in the first place, such as - why does the government need to sanction a marriage, and what was forfeited (the fine print) by the wedded when they signed the license? With these kinds of hidden contracts, for which we have our system of lawyers to thank (the very type the original Constitution forbade from holding public office) there are ALWAYS things given up in exchange for government privilege, it's the way they do business, but one has to first be congizant enough in the first place to even contemplate these things to see them for what they are. For a lot of people, they have yet to notice, feel or experience first hand the force of the heavy hand of our federal government, they are still quite content to go through life comfortably numbed by what the TV and the media tells them to be satisfied with, so it's naturally easier for them to continue living the illusion; but there is an increasing crowd of Americans who've had the unfortunate experience of going into the King's court of law (essentially lawless) for various reasons, and those who came out the other side did so confused, wondering what happened to the notion of their Constitutional protections. It's hard for people to first realize, but eventually they do acknowledge and admit that somehwere along the line, they unwittingly (tacitly) waived them in exchange for government-sponsored handouts. The silver lining in this dark cloud is that for those people who have experienced the hand of the government, which is happening with far greater frequency these days thanks to modern enhancements such as Patriot Acts I and II, for those who survive it serves as a rude but necessary wakeup call to shake them from their state-sponsored PJ slumbers.

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE OF THE USE OF THE MARITIME JURISDICTION BY
THE LAWYERS AND THEIR MINIONS

It should be becoming apparent to the reader what is really going on in the Federal and State courts when one is charged with a penal offense, and it should be apparent that penal is not the same as criminal. Take the issuance of a traffic ticket for example. The lawyer’s minion, the police officer, goes out on the public rights of way to solicit business for his master, the prosecuting attorney for the CITY OF CORRUPTION or the COUNTY OF TYRANNY, both of which are corporate instrumentalities of the STATE OF CONFUSION. This solicitation of business for the lawyer by the police officer is called Champerty.4 Champerty is, or at least used to be, a tort and a crime at common law.

4 Black’s 6th defines “Champerty” as a bargain between a stranger and a party in a lawsuit by which the stranger pursues the party’s claim in consideration of receiving part of any judgment proceeds; it is one type of “maintenance,” the more general term which refers to maintaining, supporting, or promoting
another person’s litigation. “Maintenance” consists of maintaining, supporting, or promoting the litigation of another.

The police officer lurks around and finds someone violating a traffic regulation, let’s say for driving an unregistered motor vehicle, arrests him, and issues a citation on the presumption that the “offender” is bound in some undisclosed manner to the maritime jurisdiction, a presumption probably created by the existence of the state driver license, or on the presumption that the STATE has acquired an interest in the “motor vehicle” being driven by the offender, or on the presumption that the STATE has an interest in the offender himself. On threat of imprisonment, the cop forces the “offender” to sign a “citation” as a promise to appear in a certain court at a certain time. This citation is a contract to compel
specific performance. The cop signed and the offender signed. It looks like a legitimate contract, except for a couple of problems.

The first problem is that it was signed under a threat. That alone should be enough to void the contract. The second problem is that the cop did not pay any “consideration” to the offender to perform. Want of consideration is always a defense under the Texas Business and Commerce Code, (same as the UCC) Sec. 3.408, unless there is an underlying or “antecedent” obligation, and there is no evidence of an antecedent obligation, but it is presumed. A third problem is the unconscionability of the contract. The authors will not discuss unconscionability5 here, except to say that it is unconscionable to force someone to contract under threat, coercion, or duress and unconscionability can be grounds to void a contract.

If the offender does not sign the citation, the cop, exercising the quasi in rem maritime jurisdiction, seizes the offender (in his ens legis6 capacity), and usually the “motor vehicle” which are merely things under maritime law and throws the offender in jail (warehouse) without the need of a warrant. The offender is eventually brought before some magistrate to enter a plea in a court of maritime
jurisdiction and the only issue before the court is whether or not the motor vehicle was registered. When the offender identifies himself by admitting his name and enters a plea, the quasi in rem action automatically converts to a maritime personam action, in which the real man is held liable for actions of the property in which the State claims a priority interest and the offender has become the defendant.

Adherence to the constitutional requirements for due process are not required in the maritime jurisdiction because of the presumption that the offender agreed to be abused in this manner when he signed the presumed maritime contract or granted the presumed interest in the ens legis or the motor vehicle, or both. This is the same situation Cadet Custer found himself in, on the presumption that he had signed the Articles of War, he was subject to the penalties prescribed by them. Custer avoided the sentence because he shifted the burden of proof by challenging the subject matter jurisdiction of the court-martial.

In the instances of our traffic violation and Custer’s court-martial, the onus probandi7 has been thrown on the defendant. He is put into the unenviable position of proving that he did not commit the offense. He is put into the position of proving a negative, which is usually an impossibility, and he is going to pay the penal sum required by the contract. He is guilty until proven innocent.

The defendant’s remedy, if he has one, is to shift the burden of proof or onus probandi to the STATE’s lawyer, the prosecutor. He can do this by challenging the jurisdiction of the subject matter and by challenging the presumptions by admitting evidence to the contrary.

The subject matter is merely the facts of the case. Facts must be properly admitted into evidence according to the rules of court. If there are no facts in evidence, there is no subject matter. If there is no subject matter, there is no subject matter jurisdiction and the only action the court can take is to dismiss the
claim.

Section 17 of my birth certificate does indeed say INFORMANT. I've looked at it a million times. The gold fringes around the US flags in the courts are Maritime flags from what I understand.

Another EXAMPLE

In 1998, in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, a woman was charged with three courts of misdemeanor violations including violations of Title 16 U.S.C. 551, Title 43 U.S,C, 1761, and related regulations. These violations were for using Forest Service roads without a special use authorization and for not obtaining a required permit. The information clearly states that the offenses
occurred within the “special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States.”

The accused woman was subsequently tried in the maritime court, found guilty, and sentenced to jail and to pay a fine. The authors have no idea how she tried to defend the case, but obviously her defense was unsuccessful. Had she challenged the subject matter jurisdiction of the court and shifted the burden of proof to the U.S. attorney to prove the jurisdiction, her case might have been dismissed. Had she known what has just been revealed and reviewed Title 18 U.S.C. 7, supra, she might have had some questions, such as:

1. Is it presumed that her body is a vessel under 18 U.S.C. 7(1).
2. Is it presumed that the car she was driving is a vessel under subsection 2?
3. Is it presumed that the United States acquired the land where the United States is exercising it’s special maritime and territorial jurisdiction; was conveyed to the United States by the Legislature of Colorado, and if so, where is the enactment by the Colorado legislature that conveyed the land as mandated by Article IV, Section 3?
4. Is it presumed that Colorado did not enter the union of the several States on equal footing with all the others according to the equal footing doctrine and is not a State, but remains a territory?
5. Is it presumed that Colorado is located on the moon?
6. Is it a presumption that the Social Security insurance contract has bound the defendant into the “special maritime jurisdiction”?
7. Is it presumed that the defendant or the defendant’s car was engaged in interstate commerce?

Had she challenged these presumptions, and shifted the burden of proof, she might have prevailed. Had she known to deny a maritime contract at the allocution stage of proceedings, she might have prevailed; it is still not too late for her to challenge the subject matter jurisdiction.

And what about cases involving the IRS? Does the IRS come after people in a maritime jurisdiction? The courts have held:

That a participant would be subject to criminal maritime charges pursuant to Title 26 U.S.C. 6012(1)(F) and under 18 U.S.C. 3045, by non-governmental IRS Agents; because:
In this country revenue causes had so long been the subject of admiralty cognizance, that Congress considered them as civil causes of Admiralty and Maritime jurisdiction. The Huntress, 12 Fed. Case 984 at 992, no. 6,914, (1840).

Although, presumably for purpose of obtaining jurisdiction, action for forfeiture under Internal Revenue Laws is commenced as proceeding in Admiralty. United States v. $3,976.62 in currency and one 1960 Ford Station Wagon, serial #0C66W145329, 37 FDR 564, (1965).

Forfeiture should be an action of debt. Debt begins in Admiralty whether on land or
navigable waters. United States v. $5,372.85, 283 F.Supp. 904 (1968).

If the claim is cognizable only in Admiralty, it is an Admiralty or Maritime claim for
those purposes whether so identified or not. FRCP Rule 9(h).

Social Security (FICA) is a maritime insurance policy. United States Federal Statutes Annotated, Vol. IX, page 92, Article III, Sec. 2, VII, 5(5), DeLovio v. Boit, 7 Fed. Case 3,776 (1815) Policy of insurance is a Maritime Contract – A policy of insurance is a maritime contract and therefore of admiralty jurisdiction.

Well, all of you tax protesters out there, it looks like if you signed up for Social Security, you should stop evading your taxes and quit complaining about the unjust court system and pay up. You contracted yourself into it. You owe the tax – if the rats can prove their maritime jurisdiction when the presumption is rebutted and if the contract is found to be valid, with full disclosure, consideration, the
meeting of the minds, the parties competent to contract – things like that.. Tell the rats to bring out that contract so that you can challenge its validity.

Knowing the nature and cause of the accusation is the key to knowing how to challenge the jurisdiction. All admiralty and maritime causes require a contract or other obligation of some kind. Where is it? Stop worrying about the fringe on the flag and start looking for the contract. Rebut the presumption that it exists. Better yet, make the rats find it. Whatever they are presuming to be the contract or
obligation, whether it be the Social Security application that you signed when you were 14 years old, if at all, the State Driver License, the Birth Registration, the Voter’s Registration, Marriage License, or something else, make the rats find and put it into evidence so you can challenge the validity of the instrument, whatever the instrument is presumed to be.

One of the ways Governments and other regulators have "captured" the rights and freedoms of the human-being, is to create for themselves an "artificial-person / corporation" who is not you, but whom the Government has fooled you into thinking it is you (See Natural vs. Artificial). But, so as not to violate your fundamental rights, they also recognized a natural-person, or human-being in law, with which all of your fundamental rights intact. However you may not have been told about the existence of the natural-person in law, until now.

This concept of an "artificial-person", a legally obligated entity, that appears to be you, but in fact is not you, is a little difficult to grasp at first, but if you follow through this site, you will understand.

Once the Government creates an "artificial-person" that simulates you (i.e. appears to be the same as you from your point of view), but is actually a contrivance of government laws and regulations -- then they've got you, so to speak. And if you fill out paperwork and sign documents as if you were this artificial-person (create contracts), then they can make you totally subservient to all their rules and regulations:

Make you obligated to pay taxes,
Make you obtain a driver's licence,
Make you work as an Employee.

This site will explain to you the difference between your human-being, man's current representation of the living-soul as you were born to be, your natural-person (the human-being in law), and the legal entity that appears to be you (the corporation / artificial-person). I hear ya pigeon. I doubt it will die also but the scam is that they trick us into contracting with them. If we dont contract with them, we will not be subject to this jurisdiction.

Since we all probably have drivers license, social security numbers, birth certificates, etc... we havta now rescind these contracts. This is where it gets overwhelming.

It took a while but finally found a viewer that was able to decode/play the .AVI format these two videos were packed in. Note - neither Winamp nor Windows Media Player would play these 2 files, and both of these are fairly up to date version on my pc.

I'd heard of Sherry Jackson before, had read various of her pieces of work over the years, but had never actually seen her in action before. She's good; and motivates in a genuine and gentle way. As it turns out, the player that worked for me is DivX, not sure what version it is. Just goes to show how frustrating computers can be at times. I spent a good half day yesterday fiddling around trying to get these two videos downloaded and working. I even went to the trouble of downloading and installing a newer version of WinAMP, all to no avail. Then I went off for an hour or so looking for a free generic Divx player, meanwhile I'm sorta staring right at the solution all along - the already installed DivX player sitting right at the top of my desktop...............duh :wacko:

The Maxwell/Whitney lecture from Concon 02 was pretty educational. Maybe it's a California thing (that rubs me the wrong way) but Whitney comes off just a bit too hip.....but I still enjoyed his presentation. This is the first I'd seen or heard of either. Maxwell in particular was fascinating to me, especially the way he draws attention to words...... I know, a novel concept, eh? :blink: I see each has his own web site. Terry Lee of Spokane, Wa., has devised the "perfect plan" or the ultimate way to opt out of the American slave system, telling the U.S . authorities, in essence, "thanks but no thanks I'd prefer living a free man instead of a corporate, indentured servant of the rich."

Lee has spent countless hours and more than 10 years perfecting a way to "opt out of the system" while at the same time living, working and traveling without encumbrances - without a license - in the country he loves very much.

As Lee pointed out in his three radio interviews on Greg Szymanski's radio show, The Investigative Journal, now on the Genesis Communications Radio Network ( www.gcnlive.com ) at 4-6pm central time, becoming a "free man among the masses of corporate slaves" takes due diligence and a lifetime commitment to truth and honesty while at the same time using the legal system in a proper manner.

By a proper manner, Lee means a person must spend as much time breaking the chains binding a person within the system as he spent getting himself locked into it. According to Lee, this means by starting from the beginning and getting the court to recognize "legally" that a free man no longer wants to be recognized or called by his corporate name given to him at birth and sanctioned by birth records by the state.

After the name change, Lee reminds people who are serious about opting out of the corporate system and becoming a person abiding by the laws of God and the U.S. Constitution "every other contract entered into with the state, including social security and driver's license, for example, needs to be properly dealt with not in an adversarial nature in the court but strictly on a basis of notice and recognition of Constitutional rights."

Lee provides a step-by-step proven method with instructions on how to file court documents and legal briefs ready to be used in court on a CD he has made, but has yet to publicly distribute. His CD also instructs a person how to create an individual or joint religious foundation to protect assets after one has satisfactorily opted out of the system.

"This is a lifetime commitment not just a quick fix," said Lee recently on the Investigative Journal radio show. "Besides going through all the necessary legal steps, there comes with it a great feeling of satisfaction by stepping-out and becoming a free man and not just a slave of the state. I have spent years researching all the patriot programs out there trying to do the same thing and I think I have incorporated the best of all the plans, as well as some new methods in breaking the chains that it has Americans locked in."

After Lee's appearances on The Investigative Journal, one as recent as July, hundreds of people have contacted The Arctic Beacon, requesting a copy of Lee's CD. To date the CD is not available for purchase, but is in the process of being released. When this occurs, Lee has promised to provide the Arctic Beacon with copies for same and distribution as he does not have a web site, preferring to communicate in the old fashion method by telephone and not by email.

Terry Lee is a man with conviction and a sense of dignity, a hard working American who has had it up to his eye-balls with being a slave to the Corporate Republic of America.

And make no mistake about it, whether you like the term slave or not, most Americans are exactly that to a system created to benefit the rich while taking advantage of the poor.

It's a system geared at using the labor and talent of many to benefit a select few, a system that Lee, who calls himself a "true patriot and free man," decided years ago he no longer wanted to be a volunteer.

A wise old man once said: "Son, if you wanna get ahead in this world, never work for another man as long as you live." Although Lee says that's sound advice, he adds it's imperative to go one gigantic step farther by never working or selling your life's blood into the "corporation as long as you live."

But before understanding how Lee, a homebuilder and land developer by trade who lives near Spokane, Washington, figured out how to buck the system, he says first it's vitally important to comprehend that each and every America volunteers his servitude to the system from birth, albeit volunteering without full knowledge or consent.

And just as a citizen impliedly and implicitly volunteers, according to Lee, he has the same ability to release the chains and bondage by following a method he is perfecting, Lee admits, however, his method is no "overnight fix" but is difficult, time consuming and more like a total lifestyle makeover instead of a quick fixer-up course in being a so-called free man.

Although there are many patriot movements taking place all over the country, Lee says he has taken the best from each, while adding more detailed legal steps and procedures, in order to help others effectively work and live outside the jurisdiction carved out by the corporate government, rights he claims fundamentally protected by the constitution.

"I've been a hard working man all my life and when you go through life accumulating things and then don't know how to protect yourself, it makes you stop and think," said Lee this week in an extended conversation from his home in Spokane, where he now lives free from the bondage of what he calls a controlled and manipulated corporate-driven slave system.

"When I finally realized I had been lied to and technically I was not a free man but a slave, I decided to do something about it. I also realized that the rich men of the world really want to capture all the living beings and take 50 percent of their labor for their own benefit. The system is designed to control and dominate the people and I didn't want any part of it."

Lee said it's important for a person deciding to leave the system to understand what's going on in the world as well as fully understand what a person's birth right really means and what he can become if he truly believes freedom is more important than being a slave to the government.

"We are created by pour creator to be free with inalienable rights as long as we do not harm our neighbor. There are really only two basic rules to follow, being no trespass and love thy neighbor as thy self," said Lee. "In Isaiah 45, God created good and evil. But in my case I realized a long time ago being honest wasn't good enough.

"I realized I had to gain more knowledge to protect against evil and to protect myself from not becoming evil myself. This is our major goal in life and once this is mastered it is our responsibility to teach our young the same beliefs in order to stop evil from being passed on from generation to generation."

With these high moral standards to attain, Lee said out to free himself from the jurisdiction of being under the thumb of the U.S. government, starting out by first getting judicial acknowledgement from the court he was no longing volunteering his services to the system.

Lee said the process of confronting the system head on needs to be carefully thought and worded, as it is necessary to make it clear to the court system the real purpose for taking up the court's time.

He added that the real purpose for filing the initial court papers isn't adversarial like most court proceedings, but merely a legal venture into admitting errors were made in entering the corporate-driven government system and that these errors need correcting inorder to get out.

"This distinction is important because the law says it can correct errors but not a mistake," said Lee, adding the first thing he wanted the court to acknowledge was that he wanted to be known as simply Terry Lee instead of the name listed on his official birth certificate.

"I presented a five page brief and 50 pages of supporting evidence proving that I can carry a name of my choosing as long as I don't use it fraudulently and, of course, it's not necessary to have your name legally changed. The judge agreed and I still carry the court order with me, which now replaces any type of ID card or driver's license issued by the state."

Lee said the court order recognizing the right to carry a name of his choosing, free from the state recognized name, is only the first step in a myriad of legal maneuvers needed in order to break the contract with the state, a contract binding most men to a life of servitude and government slavery.

This issue of contracts is valid, and I spent twelve years with no contracts, I also denied my citizen ship and regained my Sovereignty status thru legal means, I hid all my assets prior to doing this. I also worked and made good money and that is the hang up, that is where they will one day force the issue of who is boss. to have success you must become invisible, this is hard to do if you need to work to live. the IRS filed my taxes those twelve years behind my back and they got a lien against me for 250,000 dollars. I did cause plenty of trouble for traffic courts and magistrates, I filed liens on their bonding agency. this got their attention. I had many victory's and a couple small defeats. I am once again under the invisible contracts, and the IRS forgave the 250,000 dollars. as I had become exhuasted mentally phisically and financially. it was fun and I got their attention, it was sad and they almost killed me. I spend my time working a little and playing in the forrest a lot, as this system in my opinion is not worth working in to chase the fake American dream. so I watch the illusion and wait for that day when it destroys it self. I had many meetings with the pilot connection society and Phil Marsh and Red Beckman, in those days along with Idaho Sovereignty association. and most of was were beaten down, or jailed, some were killed. if any body is going this route I say beware as in most states now they will not tolerate you. I also have the documents from all the states showing that the 16th amendment was never ratified. some day this evil tyrant will find a rope upon its neck and then we can rebuild this intire planet and we hopefully will not sleep ever again.

This system all though is correct will not work, you can become Sovereign but the romanists will ignore it and put you in prison or worse. that is a fine thing to be a Sovereign and your in jail or worse. Ah, I see. I also find it interesting that Mr. Lee is in Washington, that is next door to Idaho, where the Idaho Sovereignty Association was founded By Gary Demott, who is in Federal prison. Gary is or was a Constitutional scholar, and he beat the pants off Idaho's courts for several years, around 20 total. we had students from other states also. finally they arrested every one and just locked them up, they could not beat Gary so they just put him in jail. I have not seen him since 1997. I suspect Mr. Lee is selling Gary Demotts Sovereignty package and calling it his own. this is just to close to the original kitchen. I smell a rat. :angry:

I have all this information as I did this in 1995, and I recoreded it with two countys and the IRS. among others. Terry nichols was also involved in distributing this Soverignty package. but it is Gary Demotts work.

I challenge Mr. Lee to defend himself and prove he is the creator of this package as there is only one way to do this. I warn you all, you better be ready to fight the monster because he is sitting there licking his chops. good luck. <_<

by Ed Brown to discuss his ongoing case to fight charges of tax
evasion. Mr Brown and his wife have not filed or paid federal income
taxes since 1997, citing the fact that there is no law that stipulates
American citizens have to pay income taxes. Prosecutors claim (based
upon arbitrary figures provided by the IRS) that the couple &quot;owes&quot;
$625,000 in taxes. A jury agreed in court on Thursday the 18th of
January.
<p align="left">Mr Brown described the actions of the authorities
against him over the past two years:
<p align="left">&quot;We thought they'd be here ten years ago, they
came in ten years later in November of 2004. They arrived with twenty-eight
approximate personel. Twenty of them were CID, IRS, two US Marshals
and one postal officer. They had up on the hill a sniper with three
observers, two state troopers backing them up behind them and one
state trooper across the street. Everybody was armed and everybody
had body armour.
<p align="left">We were waiting for them to do this because we already
knew there was no law for the tax, but we couldn't just go in there
and sue them, it wouldn't work, the courts would just dismiss it.&quot;
<p align="left">The authorities entered his property, questioned Brown
and downloaded information from his computer.
<p align="left">Following these actions, Brown filed a tort against
four officials that were in charge of the operation he described.
It was turned over to the United States district court who in turn
transferred the case to the federal court. Mr Brown notified them
that there was no federal jurisdiction involved in the case. Eventually
the case was dismissed and six months later Brown says he was arrested
and physically assaulted by police officers.
<p align="left">Brown was not served with an arrest warrant, was not
given any counsel and was unlawfully dragged away and thrown into
a holding cell. Brown was then hauled before a United States district
Judge who proceeded to serve him with papers. The judge asked Brown
how he pleaded, whilst Brown was still unaware of what it was he
was being charged with.

without any consultation with Mr Brown, he was then told that he
could not be released unless he turned over the firearms he keeps
at home. Brown relented and allowed the authorities to take the
guns from his house, an opportunity they seized upon as an excuse
to raid Brown's house and take anything they could find.
<p align="left">Mr. Brown’s wife, Elaine, was convicted Jan.
18 as well. Both are due to be sentenced April 24.
<p align="left">Mr. Brown had been in court with Mrs. Brown Jan. 9-11
but stopped attending on the grounds that the process seemed like
a “kangaroo court” in which Judge McAuliffe obstructed
him from bringing in the evidence and/or witnesses to argue his
point that there is no law requiring payment of an unapportioned
direct tax, such as the federal income tax, on the labor of American
workers, including he and his wife.

Act and the fact that there is no law that stipulates American citizens
have to pay income taxes. The ratification of the 16th amendment,
also known as the &quot;Tax amendment&quot;, represents a fundamental
undermining of Constitutional law in America. It is the greatest
hoax ever perpetrated against the American people by the elite private
banking institutions that have usurped government as an arm of their
overall control mechanism.
<p align="left">Russo presents interviews with an impressive range
of government officials, IRS special agents , FBI officers, Politicians
and tax attorneys who have researched and subsequently campaigned
against the Federal Reserve Act and thus reveals why the IRS is
an illegal foundation.
<p align="left">The income tax does not meet either criteria of Constitutionally
legal taxation in America, that is direct apportioned tax or indirect
uniform tax. The IRS claims that the 16th Amendment allowed for
a third form of taxation, however, the supreme court ruling on the
amendment states that it allows for no new forms of taxation. More
supreme court cases in the same period confirm the same conclusion.
The 16th Amendment did not allow the Federal Government to levy
