At last check as of around noon on Thursday the 3rd of July all events for Weaverville's 4th of July celebrations are on schedule except for the Fireworks, 10-K Run, Softball Tournament and the Wild and Scenic Arts Festival have been cancelled for this weekend and the Downriver BBQ has been postponed to an undetermined later date. However, please check with hosts of any events listed on the TCBlog or elsewhere concerning additional altered schedules due to smoke and/or threat of fire.
