Welcome to Arze Region! Arze is a mythical Pokémon Region that is located in the south part of the northern Hemisphere, around the geographical location of Florida on Earth. It is run on trade and water. In fact, the Capital, Mhera City, is like the city of Venice in Italy, there are no roads. You either walk, swim or sail somewhere.

Everything is peaceful in the Arze Region. Everything seems stable. All the cities are functioning well. Tourist attractions are booming. Trade with the neighboring Tails Region (also mythical) is peaked. The Pokémon Leauge year just ended, and the state has collected several billion of dollars in turnout. Likewise, the Grand Festival is finished as well, in the same location only a week later. The weather is peaceful and mild, except for in Weathervaneus, the wacky isles to the south where weather conditions are always weird from isle to isle.

One day, things go amiss.

Just slightly at first. The amount of Pokémon appearing on routes has peaked past recorded history, while the same happens to Tails. People in different towns start having weird dreams and visions, all concerning the ancient Arzians and the Talismins. One day, an old building in Ranzeer Town suddenly goes up in flames. Not for any particular rhyme or reason, but just because. Investigations are currently underway. However, the puzzle pieces don't seem to be fitting together properly...

Arze Region hosts a variety of services. You can either become a Trainer and triumph our 16 Gym Leaders for their eight badges, or you can become a Coordinator and compete in contest across the region for fabulous ribbons. Colosseums are old favorites, and at least one is found in each city. Orienteering Contests for everywhere in Arze, and so are Pokémon. New features include Solitary Machines (SMs), Upgraded Attacks for certain Pokémon, an animé style of battling, and even Pokémon Battle Royals.

Needless to say, this could get interesting.
