Just found out that local author, Barrie Roberts, apparently died in Walsall on 11 June.
Forum users might have known him from his range of Midlands related ghost books, mainly written with Anne Bradford.....

I never actually met the chap, but I did nearly join a ghost hunting class that he was running in the mid to late 80's.......
