Title: JPIV Teaser trailer
eyesaurSy - August 29, 2006 01:57 AM (GMT)
Just a little trailer idea I cooked up. Enjoy!
(The screen is dark, no music plays, and John Hammond's voice can be heard.)
Hammond:
"An idea brought me awake one morning in New York. I almost didn't write it down. But, if a mosquito sucked the blood of a dinosaur, one hundred million years ago, the insect is then covered in treesap, which, over the millenia, becomes amber."
(Words appear on the dark screen; music can be heard quietly, the beginning of the JPOG theme.)
It was a dream no one thought possible...
(Hammond's voice is heard again.)
Hammond: "The blood holds DNA, a tiny spiral of the genetic code. Abra Kadabra!"
(More words appear.)
...except for a man named John Parker Hammond...
Hammond: "Sunlight angled down through the dusty air in Norman's office and I leaned against a solid oak table, as I outlined my plans for International Genetic Technologies."
(Music begins to grow louder. Geneticists are seen extracting blood from amber, Wu is supervising. Cut to fences being erected; Arnold and his technician's working the computors; Muldoon, holding a rifle, watching something unseen in a small enclosure.)
Hammond: "If we succeeded, the InGen technologies would be historic. We were planning to conquer time's power over life, its power to extinguish and erase. It could change all our lives as profoundly and irrevocably as the atomic bomb."
(Music is reaching a crescendo now, and we see Hammond stepping off a helicopter, as names appear, one by one, at the bottom of the screen.)
Lord Richard Attenborough
B. D. Wong
Samuel L. Jackson
(The screen pans over, still keeping Hammond in the foreground, as it shows him staring at an arch, still unfinished, bearing the words "JURASSIC PARK.")
Hammond: "It could change the world..."
(The Logo appears. It is the same design as the first one, but it appears about three-quarters finished, some paint still not put on, showing bright steel beneath. Under the words "Jurassic Park," is the word "Construction.")
Fade out...
Okay, so maybe not the best idea, and I did use some stuff from Trespasser, but, overall, I think it isn't half bad. Name sucks, though.
Please give me your opinion. Thanks.

The casting crew is a little shaky:

Samuel L. Jackson? Anyway, B.D. Wong & Richard Attenborough are cool :D
Heres a few to add:
Mark Wahlberg
Will Smith
Jet Li & B.D. Wong
Jim Carrey & Chuck Norris
---------------
Anyway, here is an interesing tidbit, a little off topic:
You know that snarky feeling you get when you blow your nose too damn hard and you blow your eardrums out? Well it just might be that we have our fishy ancestors to thank for that lovely sensation. We all know that the knee bone’s connected to the thigh bone but only vaguely suspect that our lungs are connected to our ears. But once upon a time, way, way back in the Devonian days, our fishy ancestors may have been able to breathe through their ears! How cool is that? Just imagine the possibilities if we could still perform such a feat: you could fake your own drowning death in the family bathtub, win all those driving-by-the-graveyard-and-holding-your-breath contests, and snorkels would be obsolete.

I was trying to keep with the original characters as the leading roles, and I couldn't think of a good replacement for Bob Peck. I'm not sure I would want Chuck Norris or Will Smith in it, though.

Here's one trailer I came up with:
Fade in:
The universal logo comes up on the screen, with jungle sounds in the background
Zoom in:
The camera zooms through the Universal letters and into Costa rica, zooming all the way down to a puddle at the forest floor. this puddle is a footprint from something that is large and fierce.
The camera moves up, viewing the forest and looking around at the surrounding jungle. You are seeing what a person is seeing.
The person hears a short thump from the ground. He looks down at the footprint. Another sudden vibration makes ripples in the puddle. Then another. the person looks up, and starts running. He breathes rapidly, running through the trees and brushes. Another vibration occurs, and he keeps on running. The person stops to take a breath, when Nearby trees start moving. The person starts running again, and then trips over a rock. He looks back, with more bushes and trees moving, until something comes out. He then gets up, and when he starts running again, the thing behind him roars.
Cut to:
A logo appears on the screen. It says:
Jurassic Park: Breakout.
There's a t-rex skeleton against a red background. On each side of the title, there are 2 slices(from the arms of the T-rex.)

As long as all the Dinos don't die....
Anyways, here's mine.
*Universal Logo is seen, fads to black*
Hammond's voice: "They could ransack the island. Hundreds of lives could be lost, both human and Dinosaur!"
*JP "Awe" Theam starts playing as a helicopter soars towards an island*
Grant's voice: My god, I'd forgotten.
*Sauropod moans*
*Music suddenly speeds up, and gets more thrilling*
Sattler's voice: RUN!
* Black and red logo with a Rex on it appears, with the words "Jurassic Park: Biosyn" on it. Rex roar is heard.*
