Kyosuke wandered around the streets of Norkotah, some time after the incident with Tom. He was wandering aimlessly around the city, waiting to see if anyone else recognized him.

He didn't like that idea, though. Why was he assaulted by memories of another life? Why was he recognized by other people as Bunder?

He didn'T know and frankly he didn't really care.

(Zerata is going to sit this one out for a bit, but there's a new person that I'm trying to get into)

Nitika had left the house early in the morning, getting ready to head out to Miakoda's house in the country to visit her cousins. Unknown to Mia, Nitika was planning something with Devlin and Angeni to go look for the twin's lost brother, Raven.

At the moment though, she was out getting some supplies for later on in the day when she did leave.

( Aww, and there was me wanting to have Zerata mistake Kyo for BB. and Who is Nitika? )

Then Nitika heard a commotion from the center of the city. When she went by that way (assuming she did), she saw many people circling a man that was doing breakdancing kicks to keep a ball in the air for as long as he could.

" Check that out! "

Kyosuke did an upward kick, then jumped in the air dealing another. When he landed, he outstretched his feet outwards and caught the ball with his feet, toying with it a little and then throwing it back to the air as coins fell to his feet.

((EDIT: What, Nitika is BB's daughter?! Oh my goodness ))

Nitika watched the act, a bit impressed. When she got a glimpse of the man's face, she couldn't help but feel she had seen him before.

And Kyosuke caught the ball with his hands, finishing the act. " Thank you! "

He dropped the ball as the people around left. He crouched and took all the money on the ground. " Eh... Ryusei needs to be with me more often. I don't like being the center of the attention. " He looked at the money- A bit better than the other times.

" That's good... " He got up and saw a woman looking at him.

Nitika smiled. "That was quite a show. Sorry that I don't have any money...hard times with the family."

" Thank you, miss. " Kyo first said. He stopped for a second, then looked at Nitika. " Well, I don't really need money... My brother takes care of feedin' me. I take care of fighting. " He said with a 3/4 smile. " Here, take the money. "

He walked up to her, and handed the small pouch with money inside.

She immediately dropped the pouch. "It's your money, you earned it." Nitika's expression became serious. "My mother and I don't need charity. We earn what we have."

" It's not charity. It's simply a gift. " Kyosuke said, as he took the pouch back.

" But if you do not want it at all... " He said, shrugging. He began walking around, checking things. There was a poor man sitting against the wall, begging for money.

" Here, my friend. Keep it. " He said, crouching and giving the pouch of money to him. The man looked overjoyed, and he smiled at Kyosuke, with some falling teeths. " Thank ye', great sir! "

Kyosuke looked at Nitika. " I may be a wanderer with no true allegiance, but I have learned that helping others helps you in a way. "

"Indeed, but there are those that are too prideful to taking charity, even in the form of gifts," she responed. "Like me for example. I don't want anything I didn't earn."

Kyosuke grinned. " Pride can be your friend and your foe. Pride can make you do things that will save yourself, or doom yourself... "

He then looked at the sky. " Like someone I know... " He said, with a slightly gentler voice.

"Like who?" Nitika asked, curious.

Then Kyosuke snapped out of it, shaking his head. His voice became gruff again. " Sorry. Kind of got out of it. It happens sometimes. "

He looked at Nitika. " You look familiar... " He said, almost to himself. " You mentioned that you lived with your mother. What is her name? "

"Her name is Zerata," Nitika answered. "Zerata Stamos." Then she smiled, "And I'm Nitikia Black-Dranekan."

" Zerata... "

Kyosuke's eyes hollowed, as if he was lost in thought.

" My... "

He snapped out of it, looking surprised. The feeling disappeared soon. " I see. I'm Kyosuke Wilder. "

Then he heard his stomach growl, slightly. " Hmm. Perhaps you could allow a traveler to eat at your home for a single meal? If you mind, I will simply go and grab some food aorund. "

"I wouldn't mind, but that will all depend on if my mother does..." Nitika replied. "She doesn't take kindly to strangers anymore."

" I see. " Kyosuke said. " If your mother does not want my presence, I will simply leave. But who tries nothing gains nothing. That's what I learned from my brother. "

Nitika smiled, "It's this way," she said, turning around. "Might as well get a meal before I leave anyways."

" Leave, eh? Going to wander around or something? " Kyosuke asked, walking with her towards Nitika's house.

He crossed his arms loosely, looking at Nitika.

"One of my cousins has gone missing. I'm going to join some of my other relatives in trying to find him," she replied, turning on a street. "...well, technically we're not cousins. Their mom is my cousin, I just call them my cousins as well."

" I see. " Kyo replied, following Nitika around the city.

" It's quite confusing to hear, though. " He said, shrugging.

(I was too when trying to describe it)

"Yeah...not to easy to describe it..." Nitika replied.

A few more minutes, and they were at Nitika's house.

" So, that's your house, eh? " Kyosuke said, checking the house. " Quiet area. You picked a prime location. "

He looked at Nitika. " Women first. " He said, motioning for the house.

Just as she stepped up to the door, it opened.

Zera was getting ready to leave as well, and stopped, smiling at Nitika. "Didn't expect you back so soon."

Before Nitika could say anything, she glanced over to Kyosuke. Her face went pale, eyes widening a bit.

"...Bunder...?" she muttered, before fainting. Nitika caught her immediately. "Mom?"

" Not again... " Kyosuke grunted.

Once again, he had been recognized. Was it even possible to forget the face of a hero?

As time passed, Kyosuke figured it was an impossible feat. " I'm sorry. I shouldn't have come here. "

He turned away. " Please adress my apologies to your mother... "

He walked away slowly, placing his hand over his face. " I'm seriously thinking of buying a veil. " He muttered to himself.

It took a moment for Nitika to realize what her mother had said. She immediately took off her locket, and opened it, looking at the picture of Bunder.

"Wait...you're my father?" Nitika then asked just as Kyosuke was leaving.

Kyosuke froze. That explained the feeling of wanting to protect her he felt all long. That girl was actually his...

" ...meh. " Kyosuke said, kicking a pebble. " That's been my curse for as long as I can remember. " He continued. " I awoke with no memories in the middle of the Rystharos plains, and people think of me as that great hero Bunder Black-Dranekan Whitewind. To make things worse... "

He turned and faced Nitika. " I have his face. His scars. I've been fortunate enough not to get his eyes. "

He had a look of annoyance. But deep within, he was angry and desesperate.

" Maybe Bunder was your father... but, pardon my directness, he's dead. If I was him, I would know. But for hell's sake, I'm not hi- "

Kyosuke gasped and fell on his knees, as if an unseen force was assailing him.

" ...guh...? "

Kyo then got on his feet, his stance changing- he straightened up, his shoulders straightened and upped. He had his eyes closed and a serene look on his face. Then he opened his eyes- they were black and white.

" ...Nitika. " He called in his own voice.

Still holding her mom in her arms, Nitika scooted back a bit. She didn't know what to expect.

" ... Well, I didn't really expect Kyosuke would come here to Norkotah. " Kyosuke said, shaking his head and crossing his arms. " This is pretty much troublesome... "

He walked back towards her. " Please open the door- I'll carry Zerata to lay her down somewhere more comfortable. "

Nitika was still holding Zera, though she nodded, letting Kyo pick her up.

She walked to the door, holding it open for them, while still holding her locket in her hand. She didn't know what happened, but she did feel a change within Kyo.

Kyo walked inside the house, quickly locating the living room and a couch, and strode towards that place, laying Zerata down on it.

" ... so she stopped fighting after my death. " Kyo said, with a bit of a sadness in his voice. He stood up, looking around.

If Nitika entered and saw him, she would see a flying knife hovering around, staying away from Zerata but near from Kyo.

"She was able to teach me how to defend myself, but she lost the will to keep fighting" Nitika answered, shutting the door, then followed into the living room.

She noticed the knife, not even taking a chance.

"Look out!" she yelled, tackling Kyo to the ground.

" Wha- "

*SHBAM*

Kyo was now on the ground, dizzy from the sudden fall and a weight upon himself. " What the... "

He noticed the knife, and made a 'oh' before making some waves with his hands and the knife flew around, landing safely on the table.

" I'm sorry... " He said, coughing uncomfortably.

She realized what it was, and looked embarrassed. "Don't be, I should be saying sorry," she replied, getting off of Kyo, then extending her hand to him.

" It's alright, Nitika. " Kyo said, as he got up with her help, he sighed and looked around. " I guess I have alot of explaining to do... "

"It would help me out a bit..." she answered, sitting on the edge of the couch next to her mother, still out.

"...what happened to you?"

" ... I sacrificed myself to save the Material Plane and everyone I loved. " Kyo, or rather, the reincarnated Bunder, said. " Yur'na, the Godslayer, threatened our beloved plane, and I put all my life force to defeat him. "

He sat on a chair, himself, as the knife began floating again. " Some people thought I sacrificed my celestial nature to do this feat... but I didn't. I wanted to put this old and weary soul to rest, while leaving this body to have a new soul and live once again. "

He looked at the knife, which showed his reflection. " To be a celestial... it's alot of responsibilities. The Celestial of Arms needed to fight against evildoers much more than what the Last Weaponmaster had to fight. To put frankly, I was tiring of mindless battles against evil. My soul is weary from suffering... This body hides wounds unspeakable, and my own soul is scarred. "

The knife turned darker, as Bunder's face did too. " In the end, it seems like I was a coward. I, the great Celestial of Arms, running away from my responsibilities. It's too late for me to return... I gave my body willingly to Kyosuke Wilder. "

"So...you're leaving again?" Nitika responded, a hint of sadness showing.

Zerata opened her eyes slowly, unsure of what happened.

" I just can't bear myself to kick Kyosuke's soul out of our body. " Bunder said. " I made a mistake as I ran away from it all... I am forced to live with it, and you, Nitika, my daughter, and Zerata, my love, are forced to live it too. "

He looked to the ground, his shoulders lowering. He didn't look like a great man- he looked like a normal man, with the weight of life bearing too much on him.

Nitika got up from the couch, and embraced Bunder with a hug. "...even if it was for a short time, I'm glad to finally meet the man mother always talked about..."

Zera turned to see Nitika hugging Bunder. "...Bunder?" she managed to gasp.
