Doodlebops are so much cooler. I would rather live in Doodlebop Central than a stupid dumb Wiggles house. BLECH!!!!

ok im really sorry but a group of 30-40 year old men that like to hang around children is just kinda....perverted.....no offense to anyone....but it is!

Here are my choices:

1.) The Doodlebops - you know I would pick them over the Wiggles.

2.) Mazz and Bus Driver Bob - They rock! Dorthy, Wags, Henry the Octopus are kinda werid.

3.) Doodlebops Bus - A lot better then the "Big Red Car." It has more room and an awesome driver! getonthebus

4.) Lisa, Chad, and Jon - I like their looks better. Bigger difference when they are out of costume. The wiggles look the same...

5.) Gotta love the Doodles Instruments! :honkaphone: :drums:

6.) The Doodlebops logo. It's pretty. The Wiggles one hurts my eyes. :wacko:

7.) Doodlebops. Their songs have more meanings to them and are more catchy then the Wiggles. Oh and the Doodlebops actually do REAL dances to them :)

8.) Hands down the Doodlebops win this one! They go all out. The Wiggles have a solid color shirt and black pants. *yawns* boring. -_-

9.) Ok, I have to pick both on this one. I love break dancing and I do Irish Step :dance:

10.) O Canada! Woohoo! :cool:

11.) Lennox, McNamara, Wexler - I just like those last names better.

12.) 20 - 24.

13.) Doodlebops Cartoon - A lot more detail in it! The Wiggles one looks kind of funny.

14.) Doodlebop Central - It's the place to be! They have the moosehead, mudge, chicken, penguin, etc. Beat that Wiggles. :chicken:

15.) Doodlebops, Pink/Purple Blue Orange/Yellow -- I think they pull off the colors better.

Yeah, my sister and I used to clog, but we stopped. School started and it was all tied up. School ends at 3:30, clogging starts at 4, our school is on the other side of town from where we live, so that's about 30 mintues of going from school to home, change, then drive to clogging... something's not right there.... :unsure:

The wiggles have like 4 maybe good songs....maybe its cause i just laugh at them :huh: :lol: um but who wants to watch 50 year old men singing? their hair is turning grey... but I must admit Wags is one cool dog :D

Oh the Wiggles make me SICK! I wouldn't want my kids watching that corny show. The Doodlebops are great. I love them. <3

Eh... the only song I like by the Wiggles is that one song that's like, "Number one, we've begun..." somethin, somethin, somethin... I don't even remember it...
Oh, and the song that Captain Feathersword and his maties sing. Captain Feathersword is the only awesome character!!!

This topic looks like it died down a bit, but I was catching up on some old posts since I'm new here.

Anyway, even though I love the Doodlebops, I'm torn about the Wiggles. I took my daughter to see them last November and they were actually quite good. They reference a lot of different things towards the adults in the audience too. Nothing bad or inappropriate for the children in the audience. It's basically references to songs or groups like Rolling Stones, Led Zepplin, etc., groups adults would know. It's really weird having Murray playing the beginning guitar part to "Stairway to Heaven" at a kids' concert. Greg does have a solo singing career and his own CD's with regular music, but I've never heard any of it. Captain Feathersword is pretty cool. When they sing about Dorothy the Dinosaur's rosey tea, I want to know what's in the stuff. The song makes it sound like it's a "special" tea that leaves you wanting more.

I know it's weird for 30 or 40-something year old men to be dancing and prancing around like that, but bottom line is that they were one of the highest paid singing groups last year. I know at least three out of four of the Wiggles are married with kids too. I'm sure their families are enjoying the fame of the group. I'm just jealous that I didn't think of it first.

I like the doodles and the wiggles the same ammount because i am australian and i've met the wiggles several times, and my sister loves them 2. their really nice people. I'm sure the doodles are nice to, but I was introduced to the wiggles first. Dont get me wrong, i love the m both! i also know all their songs and all the first season doodle songs so do you catch my drift?

But the Wiggles aren't really perverted, they're a band that has been performing since 1991, and if their still performing today, then obviously they must be good...
And what if Jon, Chad and Lisa continued performing as the Doodlebops into their thirties? Would you consider them perverted as well??...Just my thought on that,in other words, don't judge a person until you have met them and gotten to know them.

I love the doodlebops.
They are all unque in there own way. Like DeeDee's singing Moe's B-dancing and Ronney a little bit of eveything :heart:

There is really nothing that interest me about them.

No offence to anyone, but there's nothing to compare except image and country. The Doodles play keyboadr/ketar, guitar, and drums, and they sing too. As the Wiggles play keyboard, guitar, drums, and sing too (Sam as lead). They each have headquarters, hotlines, and guest stars. The Doodles have Mr. Moosehead, :moose: mudge, :mudge: Audio Murphy, :audio: and Jazz, :jazz: as the Wiggles have the talking door, Captain Feathersword, Wags, Dorothy the Dinosaur. :ddnod: :roonnod: :moenod:

Haven't really seen the Wiggles since Sam took over as the lead, but I don't think it will ever be the same without the real Greg. Could any of you really except anyone else in the roles of DeeDee, Rooney and Moe?

I still like the Wiggles, but I still like the Doodlebops better.

I haven't seen the new guy on the Wiggles. I am sure they can still sing and dance and the kids won't notice the difference.

I've got nothing against Sam, but I liked Greg more. It kinda sucks how he got sick and all. I just thought of something. Greg doesn't have to quit the whole show, he could just do small roles. Like singing and doing a little bit. But yet, I love them both! :love:
