I'm not sure how I really feel about fanfictions that say that Draco and Luna had an early friendship or even relationship before Hogwarts or like, secretly during Hogwarts. It's believable that they may have played together as children, because young children dont have prejudices really, but no one has really written any really good fanfiction that captures that early innocent relationship, and more importantly, how and why it ended at Hogwarts or whatever. What do you guys think?


Plus, I'm thinking that Luna would definately have to be pure blood to even be invited over as a playmate for Draco. And if she was removed from the PB lines, then they would avoid her too. I dunno, it just doesnt seem likely.

But as always, if anyone has any really good recommendations for fics, i'd love to read them (without any bias. I swear! ;) :UNgel )

Anyway, I think that it would have been highly possible for Luna to be a pure blood, and perhaps her mother was even friends (or socialized with) Narcissa. Perhaps after Mrs. Lovegood's death, her husband wasn't invited because everyone only invited him if his wife was coming because he was wierd. Then poor little Luna would have been outcast as well. Isn't that a depressing theory? ^_^

aww, it is depressing. Then I could see Draco and Luna playing together. Maybe I'll write a story about that. ^_^
