"Blah..."

Blaze set down his cold butterbeer on the wobbly wooden table...It was the most pointless trip to Hogsmeade...What started out like a fairly sunny day, had become a drooling disaster of infrequent rain...Looking outside the streaming windows of the Three Broomsticks, Blaze watched the deserted streets fill with water...It was crowdy in the pub...everyone seemed to have taken cover from the rain inside...Every table and counter was full, except the small table which Blaze vacated...A puddle was forming underneath him, as his robes dripped from the soaking...still Blaze reamained fixed to his spot, hoping for something of more purpose.

Justin walked into The Three Broomsticks and sat down. He ordered a butterbeer and drank it. He looked around as he was drinking and saw Blaze a bot he met at Hogwarts. He looked moody. Justin put his drink down and said "My, my aren't we moody Blaze?".

"Can I help you with something?" <_<

Stupid Slytherin...What was the kid trying now?

"No, nothing" he said. Justin didn't like the looks of this kid.
"Just I thought your always moody?" he said trying to tick him off.

"What? Are you waiting for some applause for that idiotic discovery?"

Blaze held up his butterbeer

"Let's give it up for the Slytherin scum and his pointless observations..."

"Finite Incantatem!" he said pointing his wand at Blazes butterbeer. He was getting tired of this and wanted to break his face.

As soon as Blaze saw the wand rasied, he had leaned backwards, falling out of his chair and spilling his cold beverage all over himself...Angrily he stood up, though he did not draw his own wand.

"Are you freaking crazy? This place is packed and you are trying to start a fight!"

"Nope not trying to start fight, I just said a spell you assumed it was at you and you were the idiot you leaned backwards and spilt butterbeer over himself" he said. The group of 4th years behind him had heard the whole thing and was looking at Blaze. They then burst into laughter pointing at Blaze and so did some other students before leaving.

"You think that's funny do you!"

Blaze reached for his wand, but did not draw it out...The last thing he needed was to get kicked out of the Three Broomsticks...He was banned from nearly all the other stores in Hogsmeade and had no intention of standing outside in the rain.

"You have no idea how much I would love to just snap your wand in two...You think you're all big and bad now...But things are going to change soon...Just hope I don't find you alone in a dark hallway sometime..."

"Oooh! I'm so scared of the big bad Hufflepuff!" he dsaid laughing at blaze. "If you want to break my wand in two come outside?" he said putting his wand away. "Maybe the shrieking shack?" he said lowering his voice.

"Whatever...I don't have time for this junk..."

Blaze grabbed a napkin and began to wipe off the sticky butterbeer

"Besides I'd rather not accompany you to the Shrieking Shack..."

Blaze wazed his hands in the air, mocking Justin's mention of the haunted old shack

"Ahhhh, poor little blaze is scared of losing to me in a duel!" he said. He wasn't amazed blaze didn't want to duel. He was ptoably just scared of Justin.

"Oh no...you've found me out..." <_<

Blaze stood up with his empty mug and pushed past Justin

"Now bug off and find someone else who wants to shoot spells back and forth..."

Heading up to the counter, Blaze placed the mug and a few coins...As soon as he was refilled, he took a sip...It wasn't cold this time...But it was lacking its usual warmth.

"Blah..."

Justin got up to the counter and pushed Blaze farely hard. He put his money down. "Don't talk to me like that, Aboleo" he said pointing his wand at Blaze.

"Aboleo yourself!"

Blaze shoved Justin away from the counter.

"Who do you think you are anyways?"

(You egnored my spell!)

"I think I'm Justin Heart, not your equal, not your lower, your better" he said as he spat on Blazes shoes.

(OOC: My bad...had no idea that was a spell...what does it do?)

BIC:

Blaze glared at Justin as the spit oozed down his shoes...This kid was crossing all the lines.

"And how many times did you have to recite that little pep talk?"

(It blasts you, I think?)


"How many times before you shutup?" he asked.
He would die before he took someone making fun of him lightly.

Blaze rolled his eyes...the kid just got lamer and lamer

"Look, just keep your feeble spells and junk to yourself...I'm just trying to escape the rain...I'm not here for any socializing or even a fight for that matter...got it!"

"I knew a freak like you couldn't amount to my power" he said. Blaze was the most stuborn boy he knew.

"Freak? You're the Freak!"

Blaze grabbed the back of Justin's robes and poured the remaining butterbeer.

"I recommed you get lost...now..."

Justin punched Blaze in the face and whipped out his wand shouting "Crucio!" he didn't care who was looking he would kill Blaze.

"AGHHH!"

Blaze yelled out in pain, as his nose dripped blood and he felt pain shoot through his body...This kid was into dark arts...why hadn't he seen it before now...If only someone in the pub could stop him...then the pain would go away...Wasn't Blaze's screams of pain loud enough? Why hadn't anyone noticed him yet? Justin would have a one way ticket to Azkaban if someone would only notice him using the Unforgivible curse...

Trying to resist the spell, Blaze stumbled backwards bumping into a few people, who seemed to preoccupied with their drinks to notice...The next thing he knew, Blaze had knocked through a back door and ended up in the Three Broomsticks's storage room...Still as Blaze rolled on the floor the pain wouldn't stop...the spell was too much...

"Ple...ess...AGHHH...St...agh..."

Justin walked forward into the storage room and held his wand on B;aze increasin it's power. "You want it to stop?" he asked.

"ANYTHING!!! Ahhh...Stop it...I'll do...ah...anything...Make the pain go AWAY!!! AGHHH!"

Blaze tried to crawl behind a crate to escape the spell, but felt his head be pulled backwards by the spell...he reached for the floor but his hands seemed to be on the edge of breaking...He was now unable to speak...all he could do was lay in pain...gasping for air...

"What are you gonna do call for help?" Justin walked next to a shelf but slipped and the spell broke. The shelves collapsed and Madmae Rosmerat rushed in followed by a group of small girls. ustin tried to escape brfore Blaze blabbed about him using an Unforgivible, but he was trapped under the shelves with his wand just next to him, but he couldn't get it.

Relief...sweet relief...Blaze took in a deep breath as he regained his surroundings...someone had found them...He was alive...

"Someone stop him...he's a...he's a..."

(You can tell them if you want)

Justin reached for his wand and was about to kill Blaze but then realised, he couyld ve expelled for doing it in public. "Imperio" he said quitely truing to aim at Blaze, but he missed and hit the boxes so they exploded.

(OOC: You'll be expelled if I do...are you sure?)

(Yeah, I'll just run off, there's not much RP in the school at the moment)

"He used the...the...Unforgivible...He's a Death Eater...someone stop him..."

Blaze pulled himself up, leaning against the wall...They couldn't let the kid away...he was mental...

Justin knew he would tell, he levitatted the shelf off and shouted "CRUCIO!!!" ponting at blaze then ran out punching anyone who got in his way. He ran down the alley and staraight into the midddle of Hogsmeade.

(OOC: The spell wont work unless you are there, controlling the torture...If you use the spell then leave, it has no suffering effect...)

(Well I was there for a few moments, so you would have felt some momentary pain)
