Come on Ronnie

Professor Zim - March 14, 2008 04:12 PM (GMT)
Not a fan of Rocket Ronnie a bit too flash for my liking.

Always been a fan of Stephen Hendry, seems past his best now though just doesn't look the great he once was.

Cripps - March 14, 2008 04:14 PM (GMT)

Not for that reason in my eyes, even though I'm a dirty East Londoner at heart.

The way he plays the game at such a pace, by far the most exciting player for years.

Loved his outburst in China the other day, although he will be in the shite for it me thinks....

On entertainment purposes, im glad he might not play as hes so slow and boring but its been a tragic time and wish him and his wife all the best

Cripps - April 13, 2008 12:05 AM (GMT)
The championship starts next weekend.

What a game to kick it off with as well

Rors - April 17, 2008 08:31 PM (GMT)
As always, really looking forward to this. Some intriguing matchups, Ding against Fu could in particular be a bit of a corker.
Should be worth putting up with Jimmy in the commentary box for

McNamara That Ghost... - April 17, 2008 08:32 PM (GMT)
Hopefully Dott gets knocked out as soon as possible.

Ken Doherty.. :scarf:

Professor Zim - April 20, 2008 02:10 PM (GMT)
It's amazing how poor Hendry has become, a few years back he was so difficult to beat and won everything in sight. Sure there are some very good players around now, but he's plays so pporly these days and misses pots he never use to.

It's amazing what the difference between being in your 20's and 30's is in terms of Snooker.

McNamara That Ghost... - April 20, 2008 02:37 PM (GMT)
Couldn't happen to a more boring bloke.

Well ok, Dott maybe.

Man I hate that guy.

:fury:

Cripps - April 20, 2008 02:39 PM (GMT)

Cripps - April 21, 2008 03:23 PM (GMT)

Cripps - April 21, 2008 04:17 PM (GMT)

Hendry has just missed a red that might well cost him the match

Cripps - April 21, 2008 04:24 PM (GMT)
9-9

Allen bottled it. Should have won.

Goes down to the last frame

gunner - April 21, 2008 04:42 PM (GMT)
Stephen Hendry

Cripps - April 21, 2008 04:58 PM (GMT)
Good win for Hendry.

Mark King got 14 reds and 14 blacks but missed the last red which was difficult. Good effort though

Rkane - April 21, 2008 11:31 PM (GMT)
Whoa, just watching a bit of the ole snooky highlights, and just seen Mark Williams properly for the first time in ages...he's let himself go a bit ain't he??

Cripps - April 22, 2008 01:39 AM (GMT)
He leads 8-1

Pretty safe to say hes through.

Steve Davis is out losing 10-8 but he did come back fron 8-3 down to level it but too little too late.
