No doubt the slowness of Italian football will make him look even better than he was in Spain

Mr Brighterside - April 12, 2008 12:03 PM (GMT)
with kak, pate and inzigggy they had plenty up front anyway

what they need is a defence with pace and that is younger (yes I know our best defence were all in their thirties)

McNamara That Ghost... - April 12, 2008 12:43 PM (GMT)
I think that during the 1996 Olympics Ronaldo was actually Ronaldinho. Can't say for sure though.

And Coney? Oh some no-mark team we knocked out this season. :coffee:

Looks like this will go ahead, also looks like Gourcouf (sp) will be surplus to requirements. Possible destination Emirates ?

That would be an intriguing move. He had the world at his feet when he was Rennes but chose the wrong move to Milan. He certainly fits the mould of a Wenger type midfielder - quick, skillful, athletic etc..

Should keep an eye on this, it could happen.

Hopefully it will happen and he'll be as succesful as our last raid on a Meeelan reserve player.
