Title: Arsenal v Reading
Cripps - April 13, 2008 05:17 PM (GMT)
Titles gone. Top 4 certain.
Do we try out the youngsters?
Start Theo?
Gooner4Life84 - April 13, 2008 05:37 PM (GMT)
Mix of young and more experienced players i think. Theo should definatly start. Should`ve started the game against United :sulk: He deserves a run in the team now.

There are no certainties in life, but you can guarantee dodgy defending and awful finishing in this match.
bergstar - April 13, 2008 05:56 PM (GMT)
Who knows who'll be fit. Kolo went off, was it an injury ?
I think i'd see how Chelsea do in their next two games, if they win them, then third is best we can get, so yeah play whoever. I'd like to still go for second if we could, avoid a tricky qualifier after Euro 2008, players will be returning late for preseason training.

pt89 - April 13, 2008 07:34 PM (GMT)
its time to kick eboue out of mid position
Almunia
Eboue - Toure - Gallas - Clichy
Walcott - Fabregas - Gilberto/Denislon - Hleb
Van Persie - Adebayor
Toure de Emirates - April 13, 2008 07:44 PM (GMT)
Try and push for second... but yeah Theo Walcott should start against Reading.
Cripps - April 13, 2008 11:14 PM (GMT)
Reading still arent safe.
Will they park the bus?
Do they even know how to?

Yeah, Reading haven't been great this season.

They gave a masterclass in 'parking the bus' at Old Trafford earlier in the season.
Cripps - April 14, 2008 01:23 AM (GMT)
True but since then, they go for the win in most games.
Usually end up losing them but they do win some.
They have the least amount of draws in the league.
Coca Kolo - April 14, 2008 01:27 AM (GMT)
Aye. I think we'll tear them a new arsehole, 4nil Arsenal.
Cripps - April 14, 2008 01:40 AM (GMT)
The yank keeper of theres is top for saves in the opta stats
No doubt he'll have a great day against us
jaguars4ever - April 14, 2008 03:32 AM (GMT)
Jens or Fabianski for the rest of the season (no more Aluminum please);
Walcott must start the remaining games as well (no more Ebola please);
I'd also like to see the likes of Song and Denilson rotated with Bert for the recently vacated Flamster position.
Warning__ - April 14, 2008 04:36 AM (GMT)
I would really like to see Fabregas, Clichy and Ade rested.
If Cesc isn't rested at least then Wenger is an idiot.
arsenal901 - April 14, 2008 06:18 AM (GMT)
i think we will rip reading a new hole in this game... with all the bad press, title pressure gone, i can see the boys tearing reading apart... i can see an adebayor or walcott hat trick in this game! :scarf:

*cough* must start it must be in his contract *cough* unless gets a "knock" in training
not really fair to those fighting at the bottom of the table if we deliberately put out a "weakened" side but then again they might have something to prove, tough one but still expect Bendy and Theo to start with Bing Bong and Giblets and Senderos as rush goalie, should be enough to beat Reading
Professor Zim - April 14, 2008 08:22 AM (GMT)
Play the kids, now that noone can argue our season is over we may as well give them a chance to see if they can prove good enough.
We've got a few nothing matches now to use as practice in preparation for next season.
Czech Out Rosicky - April 14, 2008 09:41 AM (GMT)
Give everyone a needed rest, those who needed it i mean
lehmann
hoyte
song
gallas
traore
eboue
Diaby
Gilberto
?
Bendtner
Theo
The problem is summed up there, I cannot think of a LW and a RM other than eboue
Cripps - April 14, 2008 09:58 AM (GMT)
Almunia
Hoyte Song Gallas Clichy
Walcott Denilson Gilberto Hleb
Ade RVP
Czech Out Rosicky - April 14, 2008 10:06 AM (GMT)
ade suspended after his idiotic booking, hleb will be rested
Cripps - April 14, 2008 10:11 AM (GMT)
How many bookings has Ade got?
I doubt its 15 which is how much you need to get to be suspended now

AW/RM's YoungGuns - April 14, 2008 09:56 PM (GMT)
I'm going to this one (yeah I know good one to choose eh?)
I'm not really sure what Wenger will do. Now that Chelsea drew, do you think he'll push for 2nd place for the automatic CL places? I hope so anyway - rather watch our full squad than the reserves, maybe throw Theo in for Eboue at right mid and possibly rest clichy, he definately deserves one. Apart from that who knows :)
