Cripps - June 3, 2008 02:20 PM (GMT)
Will they also put up transfer news quicker?

mr_gooner - June 3, 2008 02:21 PM (GMT)

It's Up For Grabs Now - June 3, 2008 02:35 PM (GMT)
The new one looks better..

Toure de Emirates - June 3, 2008 02:54 PM (GMT)
I like the one at the momnt, but if they change i don't mind.

Gooner4Life84 - June 3, 2008 03:16 PM (GMT)
I like the current one. It won some award for best club website a few years ago didn`t it.

The new one looks really good though judging by the screenshot. Good that it`s gonna be Web 2.0 :good: Imagine what it`d be like if it was Web 3.0 :cloud9:

Nah Arsenal wouldn't spend that much tight bastards :D

Jens' Face - June 3, 2008 03:31 PM (GMT)
Is this being done by Kroenke's people? Wasn't he supposed to take over the website or was it just Arsenal TV?

also -- what's Web 2.0 mean?

Web 2.0 -

You can make the website your own. You can move things from one place to another by dragging it, you can prioritise news etc etc..

All becoming a bit too pluralist for me.. :threaten:

:haha:

Web 2.0 is simply... new era, I guess. The glossy, polished look with media like videos, audio - social networks.

Would be cool if they had a social network with the actual players involved.

I wonder what the ticket purchase arrangements will be.

No doubt you have to pick a seat and then after a 90 second wait, you'll be told that seat isn't available and you'll need to relog into the web-site to select another seat.

The current one is OK but changes are always welcome.

Coca Kolo - June 3, 2008 10:53 PM (GMT)
It's the 2nd most viewed Football website in the World after Liverpool's official one, apparently.

That is only because people trying to buy off ticket exchange have to click 75 pages to find out there are no ticket exchange tickets available.

Bob & Terry - June 4, 2008 12:00 AM (GMT)
Hosted by NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone). Experts in UK comms (not).

Of course someone would have looked at this and decided AFC are in fine fettle, and will remain so.

and because there are 100,000 Gooners who log on 3 times a day to see if we've signed Nasri yet

I hope they don't change that.
