These are the sort of players that fans love to support and this is why he's a fans favourite. I really hope he gets back to his consistent best next season because it's something Arsenal have missed.

I strongly disagree, I dont see Kolo as captain material at all.

Why not?
He communicates well on the field, a leader of the back line, influential, strong. Has all the attributes you`d want in a captain.

Why not?
He communicates well on the field, a leader of the back line, influential, strong. Has all the attributes you`d want in a captain.

I really sont see it, dont think he leads the line well at all, and i always feel he is prone to massive laps in concentration. He is a firm fans favourite and a brilliant servant to the club, and also a blinding CB but i dont think he fits the bill as the next club captain.

Good player, nothing more nothing less. Not particularly outstanding at what he does but his way of playing and his attitude will always put him up high in the fan appreciation list.
