Like to see David Pleat try and say that team name.
And he'd probably struggle to say Szombathelyi Haladas too.

No.
But I'd guess something like 'shom-batterly'.
And the second part is probably 'Haladash'

Will be a good reason for short trip to Hunagry.
Synergetic - June 27, 2008 03:33 PM (GMT)
Anyone know if this and all of the pre-season games will be shown on AVTO/Arsenal TV? Just wondering whether it's worth ending the subscription or not.
Thanks.

Wonder how many of the Euro 2008 players will be back for this tour; I expect Gallas, Senderos, Fabianski, Djourou to return, as they either didn't play or were knocked out early. RVP could return for this, although he went a bit further. Cesc will probably be given a slightly more extended break.

cesc should be given a break till later into the emirates cup... he played a lot of games last season and also with spain... we cant afford a thierry type injury to cesc now!

Never heard of them... but we'll beat them :)
Cripps - July 20, 2008 10:54 AM (GMT)
This games on Tuesday.
What kind of squad do we expect?
Same as against Barnet?
Our French Euro 2008 players would be back in training as will Ade but i think this may be too soon for them
Marc Overmars - July 20, 2008 11:01 AM (GMT)
I want to see Diaby play through the centre, if he is indeed going to take that role against West Brom.
Hope to see Vela as well.
The_Classy_club - July 21, 2008 11:07 AM (GMT)
I think our African contingent and some of the Euro 2008 players will return for training today, but whether they will be ready to play a game tomorrow remains to be seen.

Think Diaby's injured...again. I wanna see Ramsey start again to see if he is as impressive as he was against Barnet.

I really hope Hoyte or Traore don't play tomorrow, they've really disappointed for the last few games I've seen them in, Hoyte should be sold to Villa and then we can finally bring in another defender, a GOOD one <_<
I'd like to see Barazite, Vela, Ramsey, Whiltshire, Gibbs etc all get a run out... But I'd also like RVP to start too :good:

Good call on Hoyte.. he is 3rd choice RB, cant even compete with Eboue the plonker..
sell him and bring a good defender.. :goodpost: FACT

Thank you for your VH1 moment but you are wrong.. they were united as a Austria-Hungary Kingdom.. but then came nationalism and Adolf Hitler.

As long as he wants to stay we should keep him as back up. Plus its looks better for us to have a proper home grown player in our squad..
