Living in London it's easy to become immunised to violent crime, but I've found this very disturbing and upsetting. One of them was stabbed almost 200 times -for God's sake, why do people do this? Some report said robbery may have been the motive - that whoever killed them were trying to get them to disclose their PIN numbers but FFS, they were STUDENTS, they couldn't have had loads of money in the bank. And what a waste of two promising young scientists who could have gone on to achieve so much.

I'm depressed. And angry. :angry:

also due to press laws we never hear about domestic murders, some of which I have heard the details of (from a cps worker) and these can be sickening beyond imagination

Not too many involve 200 stab wounds I'd imagine MB.

I don't know numbers of cases but I know the detail of some and it is even worse than this

Exactly. The thought that the killer stabbed the victim knowing the victim died after around 4 stabbings, then stood over the victim and continued to stab him another 196 times roughly with blood and all that splashing everywhere... feckin sickening.

I'd wager that they didn't realise they did as this had to be a frenzied attack of just manic stabbing. A real psycho caught up in their red mist.

We had Tracie Andrews at our prison a few years back. Talking to her and seeing her on a daily behaviour, you wouldn't believe she could do what she done. There were few a lot worse than her aswell.
