Title: Who Are The Ten Left?
Description: On The Greatest Arsenal Player Poll

Gubby-Allen - July 5, 2008 09:08 PM (GMT)
Henry, Bergkamp, Adams, Wright, Vieira, Seaman, Brady, Limpar, Pires ...

There'll be one more - can only think of Pat Jennings who hasn't been yet & would realistically be in the top 10.

Toure de Emirates - July 5, 2008 09:14 PM (GMT)
Has Pascal got his mention yet?

In Lehmanns Terms - July 5, 2008 09:18 PM (GMT)
Has Charlie George been in the list yet?

Charlie George - he must get a mention in the top 50.

Actually, I was looking on the Arsenal site to check if he had been in the previous 50, otherwise I'd have pissed all over you.

Gubby-Allen - July 5, 2008 09:28 PM (GMT)
Oh yeah, well spotted. Thought we'd done all the 71 double team - surprised he'll be so much higher than Graham, McLintock, Wilson, Radford & Armstong and even Rice. That goal must've helped I suppose.

Means one of those 10 won't be there - must be Jennings - peculiar he's kept out of the 50 by Steve Williams & Danny Clapton - and 40 place behind Kanu.

I'd guess George, Limpar, Brady & Pires will be the next 4. Then probably the top 6 in the order I wrote them?

It's Spelt Vassiriki - July 6, 2008 10:01 AM (GMT)
remember the majority of players have been playing over the past 15 years, I think Lehmann will be in there..

Cripps - July 6, 2008 10:07 AM (GMT)
Seaman
Adams
Bergkamp
Wright
Brady

I'm thinking it will be 1-Bergkamp, 2-Henry, 3-Adams, 4-Wright, 5-Pires, 6-Seaman.

Has Liam Brady, Cliff Bastin, Alex James, Frank McLintock been said in the list yet out of the 50? They are legends.

Henry, Adams, Bergkamp, Wright, Pires, Vieria, Seaman should be around there in the top 10.

Also what about Rocastle and Thomas? They must have just missed out on top 10.

I love Limpar. But I don't think he deserves to be in the top 10 certainly. Had one amazing season.

cesc-fabregas - July 6, 2008 12:17 PM (GMT)
Cripps ,
Where's the  for Henry

:getcoat:

Lehmann will be #1

the very definition of legend :good:

Just imagine if he was "I am Legend" instead of Will Smith. Those Zombies would have got a mean-ass glare and a big puffy finger in the eye, and that would have been that.

I must have forgotten it :ilt:

Marc Overmars - July 6, 2008 08:51 PM (GMT)
I bet Cesc appears on there somewhere

Grimandi's Perm - July 6, 2008 09:13 PM (GMT)
Grimandi will surely be in there...

No current player apart from Ade should be in there

Gubby-Allen - July 7, 2008 09:18 PM (GMT)
So Jennings is no 10 as I predicted. I bet Limpar will be 9 tomorrow.

Doesn't look like Charlie George has made it in the 50.

Can't see Steve Bould being there & getting so far ahead of Keown, Sol & Dixon.

Brady & Limpar will be in the 10 for sure. Can you imagine a 50 including Brian Talbot, Steve Williams, Danny Clapton, Andy Ducat, Michael Thomas & Kany but neither of those.

We know the last 9 now, it's just the order to guess and that's reasonably predictable. I've still enjoyed it though.
