WGC - Bridgestone Invitational at the moment. One of the biggest tournaments outside the Majors.
No Europeans doing well after the first day.

Doesn’t seem a very popular thread this one, I take it there aren’t many golfers on the forum?
Anyway The Players Championship starts today and I can’t see past big Phil, has been knocking on the door at a few tournaments recently and I reckon he is due a win. Add to that the fact that he enjoys playing at Sawgrass and is also a previous winner here so I reckon he is worth a punt.

I only like to see Tiger win when I have money on him, but unless he is 7 or more shots behind then there is no value in betting him.
Was watching some of it last night and I reckon Poulter will be a contender, he seems to have got his game on track and the new putter appears to be working for him. I also like the look of Furyk, he seems to be playing well and if he stops making his usual stupid mistakes at key times I reckon he might be in with a shout.
