He'll still have to wait til the end of the first transfer window to see who he got and he'll even miss out on any possible new signings.

I ask cos the week beginning 13th July, il be busy for the whole week and wont have much time for bids unless i do them really late.
However if the 2nd transfer window doesnt open til the week later, it'll be fine

the 4 week transfer window runs from the 6th till the 2nd of august in 4 rounds monday to sunday night
There will be another window in september
