Good result for England tonight. Even in a friendly, fighting back to get a draw away to Holland is a good achievement. Thought Defoe's first goal was a bit of a fluke, but great work by Milner to set him up for his second.

Glen Johnson was incredibly shit though.

Japan vs Scotland is on BBC2 Scotland and also on the BBC website now. I don't expect a particularly good match but I am not sure what else there is to watch this morning.

McNamara That Ghost... - October 10, 2009 10:19 AM (GMT)
This is for the Kirin Challenge Cup 2009.

Inamoto. :D

McNamara That Ghost... - October 10, 2009 11:39 AM (GMT)
Credit to John Collins in the studio - imploring Scotland to play it along the ground more and stop the centrebacks just aimlessly lumping it up field.

McNamara That Ghost... - October 10, 2009 11:40 AM (GMT)
Should have been 1-0 Japan.

Scotland.
