Ok so now that things are speeding up and more players are coming in than going out i think the window should run from TNuesday the 1st until Sunday night on the 13th with 2 rouns of bidding. (If you dont like it, well tough i'm the boss)
So you can bid from tuesday onwards, budget remains the same but you can give back players you dont want and bid for new ones this time. Other than that the same rules apply.

I think it should be the same this season, otherwise whats the point in having an extra 20 mill at xmas when all the good players have already been snapped up. I think it should be the same as last year and should be made available for this window, it would then be up to the managers if they use it now or at xmas.
