I have some questions... so the ban 3 transfer periods right... Jan 2010 summer 2010, Jan 2011 am I correct?
Are they allowed to bring through kids on professional contracts?
Can they sell players?
Won't JT and co demand huge pay rises or threaten to leave?
just an excuse to :pal: really

| It banned Chelsea from signing players for two transfer windows -- cutting the London club out of the market until January 2011. |

http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_5644137,00.htmlChelsea have asked the Court of Arbitration for Sport to suspend the transfer ban imposed by Fifa over the Gael Kakuta affair.
The Stamford Bridge side were found guilty by world football's governing body of inducing Kakuta to breach his contract with Lens.
Chelsea vowed to fight the punishment and launched an immediate appeal and now the CAS has confirmed that the Blues want the penalty, which would prevent them from signing players until the January 2011 transfer window, to be put on hold.
<_< No shit, get it suspended and buy a shedload of players in January, I don't think so!
