I don;t think he's shite - but I really don't think he is the business that many on here seem to think he is. Even Walcott is probably in front of him striking wise.

He will be though, pace and trickery with a great left foot means he has a massive future ahead of him imo, ofc he might take up crack and we never see him again but the potential for what he can do for us is staggering.

And I doubt he'll properly 'make it' anywhere else. Another Reyes, to be brutally honest. I hope he does do well and he's clearly talented but I can't see him living up to the hype over here or La Liga, at least.

One of Eduardo, Vela or RVP will be gone by the Summer -and I doubt it'll be the latter.
Wouldn't be surprised to see one off in Jan, a cert if we sign another striker.

Always thought he was our most overrated young player around here.
Moments of brillants in fairness, but doesn't do a lot 90% of the times. Still the guy has potential and I would hate seeing him go. True points about our forwards made by gobby; can't see us keeping Arshavin, RVP, Eduardo, Bendtner, Walcott, Vela at the same time...at least one will go..I'm guessing eduardo or bendtner

I like Vela, and he has a good future ahead of him at whatever club. 50-50 it could be arsenal depending on a lot of things ofc.

Vela has hardly even played for us for gods sake. He has shown flashes of brilliance when he has played.
Regards to the not being able to keep all the striking options happy, the season is only going to get busier, and im yet to hear any of the strikers complaining about not getting enough game time.
Its great that we have so many different options up front, and also remember we are arsenal, and we are bound to have at least 40 players injured at any given time in the season, so we need all the strikers we can get.

no I must admit I don't have the greatest of memories, I can't remember every team sheet but I do recall Vela not being on them so often, this could be because he has spent most of his time in Spain (visa issues/loan spells)
I think that we haven't seen him enough to be able to say that he won't make it with us...he definitely has the skills, pace and a great left foot...I hope that AW thinks the same because if given the chance I think he could have some eating their words
however I will admit that I haven't seen him enough to have the right to say he is going to be great
