If Harry Potter has taught us anything, it is that goalkeepers work well under praise.
Perhaps if we got the whole stand situated behind the home goal to constantly sing alumnia', mannone's and fabianksi's praise, it would fill them with confidence.

God knows how to improve them but something has to be done.

I know what you meant and I suppose technically you're right.
But scoring goals this season has not been a problem.
Conceding silly ones has.
So there's more reason to think improvements should be made at the back than at the front.
